If you're first time listener hey keep tuning in make sure you like subscribe all that good stuff so we could have the show up here higher in the algorithm I just want to this is the 30th episode awesome job but in all seriousness guys I appreciate you know I hope will drastically help you improve your life your quality of life your quality of your mental health so when I offer to do let's jump off into today's message what's the purpose or what's the hanging equals gains make sense of that you have to go through and make sense you used to be a bully in high school used to beat up defenseless people you used to just sit talk everybody used to just be a bad person all right that person could potentially undergo a series of hurtful trying events and transform them into a better person so we may run into this person like 10 years down the line what a certain understanding of who they are but mentally physically spiritually they could you know sort of drastically made improvements or become a great comeback story someone's going through all kinds of pain in their life because of that who doesn't love rock rocky is such a great movie a great series of movies where he really went through some challenges he was able to overcome all these different things and whatnot the Russian after his long term friend was defeated like destroyed everybody last seen in rocky where Apollo was just getting tore up just sound like lightning was hitting and you know so I'm going to get too far into that but rocky in order to defeat Dolph Lundgren BK to Russia because I know rocky when he was training he kept visualizing about Apollo and that painful memory of him getting his block knocked off if you're looking for a good story that you know challenges definitely go check out you know one of the rocky movies and you'll be fired up inspired and motivated definitely saw that pain equals gain in my own life you know I just think about a lot of my friends that aren't here anymore you know that left behind families that committed suicide and things of that nature it's a painful you know I'm just trying to be the best person I could be my battle buddies those have sacrificed those that you know left behind families and stuff so you know of course I'm not perfect but I I try to do the best I can in remembrance of those who don't have the opportunity to you know so I used that pain you know better from that first of all because some people learn never did made last for 26 months because they never learned a lesson OK keep going define what the issue is and improve upon that or at least try to again I am not perfect I am human but I commend myself on going through things and trying to learn from them whatever challenge or failure reflect on those things and try to make improvements I've lot more than failing you know so even with failing or whatever you want to call it you know you still have value if you're paying attention if you reflect on what went wrong or why I went wrong or how was I wrong and pain equals gain really it's true when you learn what not to do if you slip up whenever you do that way you implement from your failures you implement from your shortcomings you build upon what you currently have the positives that you currently have I mean I could go on and on about all these different stories and things I went through in the argument but like is so deep because I remember we used to go on these long ass runs freaking falling out just about and after work or before because I was tired of sucking man it was like you know we ran all this distance do more in the gym do more by myself because I learned that better pain I didn't want to feel that pain I didn't want to be exhausted to my capacity I wanted to be better than that so I used I allowed that physical pain to push me you know better so that's how I gained in that situation wrapping up today show hey those pain equals gain some of these stories or parables that I gave you all resonated with you and you utilize this episode to help make you more aware of things and you know just trying to make the best of each situation make sure you learn something make sure you like share subscribe to the show the real ones to serve podcast where we are optimistic but realistic and I hope everybody have a great hot start to year 2023 and let's get it in and as always remember it's your boy a veteran so who do you think your better than.
