Realtor interviews business
Allow me to introduce myself as Jacqueline Watson, a Realtor in the Toronto/GTA area. However, my expertise extends beyond real estate. I am also a Mediator specializing in Labour Relations. My passion lies in more than just selling homes; I strive to transform lives and empower individuals to achieve financial freedom through home ownership.
In addition to my real estate endeavors, I am building a thriving community through my podcast, Elementary. This platform allows me to engage with various businesses and share their stories. My career path initially began in Toronto & GTA, coinciding with a successful tenure as a Director of Labour Relations, in healthcare working in the long term care retirement and commune services industry, which I hold dear to my heart.
Combining my passions, I feel incredibly fortunate to work as both a Realtor and a Labour Mediator. Each day, I have the privilege of doing what I love, and I am immensely grateful for this opportunity. The journey that has led me here has been remarkable, and I cherish every experience along the way.
Furthermore, I recently had the honour of joining the Pilot Place board. Witnessing the incredible impact this organization has on people's lives fills me with gratitude. I am delighted to volunteer my time and contribute in any way possible to support their noble mission.

💰 Unlock Home Equity: Smart Moves in Today's Market! 🏡
💰 Unlock Home Equity: Smart Moves in Today's Market! 🏡
Feeling stuck with a house full of equity but no clue what to do with it? You’re not alone.
You’ve got a house that’s worth a fortune — but you’re stuck.
You’re not sure if you should sell, borrow, or stay put… and all the advice out there? Confusing, generic, and not designed for real-life applications.
In this episode of Elementary, I break down the real talk behind home equity — what it actually costs to tap into it, and how to make a plan that works for your lifestyle (not your lender’s).
We cover everything from:
- 🏦 The true risks of reverse mortgages and HELOCs (yep, there’s fine print)
- 🔥 The hidden cost of staying in a big home — even when it’s paid off
- 📦 Why downsizing doesn’t have to mean “less” — just different
- 📉 Pricing strategy truths in today’s buyer’s market (and why that $999K home didn’t sell)
- 🎯 Why buyers are skipping your listing — and how to fix it with better staging and marketing
- 🛠️ What "curb appeal" actually means — and no, it’s not about a $10K garden
This isn’t about selling fast. This is about selling smart — or borrowing wisely, if that’s your path. Because you’ve worked too hard to throw money away on bad advice.
đź‘€ Thinking of pulling money out of your home? Thinking of listing? Or just plain overwhelmed by options?
Grab your tea — this one’s going to save you stress and cash.
