Aidan's Infinite Play
Aidan Helfant is a gamification and meta-learning expert best known for his course Self-Learning Quest, which helps video gamers make self-learning outside work and school effective and fun by combining gamification with science based meta-learning techniques. In his podcast, he deconstructs the lives of inspiring creatives, thinkers, and entrepreneurs, to learn how we can level up our creativity, learning, productivity, and wellbeing in the ultimate video game of life.
Why Infinite Play? Because his favorite way to play life is to treat it like an infinite game. Every day is part of a greater whole, a level in your infinite game. You can't help but play with kindness, gratitude, and fun when you think you'll be playing for a long time.

E50 Carolyn Smith: How Acting Changes Your Relationship With Yourself, Others, And The World
Carolyn Smith graduated from Fordham University and The Juilliard School, has performed as an actor on Broadway in "Romeo and Juliet" and appeared opposite Robin Wright in "House of Cards" as Claire's Chief of Staff. She happens to have been my acting teacher but she doesn't have to act like a great teacher she was one. Her father was a flutist and factory worker and her mother a legal secretary which leads me to my first question.
In this podcast we talked about:
- How acting changes your relationship with yourself, others, and the world
- How acting can make you a more curious, kind, and empathetic person
- What is truth in acting?
