After a necessary pause, I'm back at the Mad House for some casual conversation with you. In this episode I talk a bit about the pause, and why I recommend it when it comes to public communication and social media. I go in deep about self-communication and how it's helped me create "kind boundaries" with others, both personally and professionally.
