Grief & The Winter Blues - Dear Michael
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
The winter blues is real. There's something about winter and the cold, dreary days that can make our grief feel more intense.
Today's episode, I talk about how the winter affects my husband's mental health and how he can ultimately get through it if he's willing to do something different.
I discuss productive ways on how we can come out on the other side of winter by embracing it, not shaming it.
And you'll want to stay to the end because the letter I wrote is for my husband, Michael and it's dedicated to his winter blues.
