The Kick It with Katie Podcast covers different aspects of youth soccer in the United States and around the world. I share stories from former youth players and their pathway through the youth systems and where it took them in life whether it be playing collegiate, playing professionally or finding another avenue, we have it all. The show will also cover coaching, recruiting, and other topics in the youth soccer landscape. I find that sharing your stories will help others in their pursuit of the same goal. Tosh Adams, Sports Coach
Today I interview Coach Tosh Adams. Tosh grew up playing soccer throughout different ranks, leagues, ODP, high school and beyond. As a youth player she was introduced to the coaching side of sports and caught the bug to coach. As an adult, she has helped coach multiple teams and has now crossed over into multiple sports. She has taken her experiences and has created a program to help coaches in all stages of their careers in all sports be able to navigate their roles. From new coach to a seasoned coach, she wants to stress making sure we are creating fun environments for all athletes in all sports.
