Join host Karli Burridge this week as she unpacks the benefits of fitness training with Dr. John Jakicic. What functional impacts would exercise have beyond weight loss and weight maintenance? What types of assessments give the best picture of muscle mass and muscle function? And how are exercise recommendations impacted by the development of newer, highly effective anti-obesity medications? Listen as Dr. Jakicic and Karli share from both their professional experience and current medical research on how to better implement physical activity goals into patient care.
