Robert McLeanLucy Percival

Lucy Percival (pictured) is a senior associate at the Melbourne-based Grattan Institute.
Lucy is one of a three-strong energy team at the institute, a non-partisan body that has been working for about a decade writing and producing reports that cover most aspects of Australian society.
The plethora reports all of which, as Lucy points out, are freely available at the institute's website.
Representatives from the institute speak publicly whenever invited and, as Lucy says, it is like a broken record when it comes to trying to impress on decision makers, the need for Australia to have a stable and predictable climate change policy.
