This week's guest is Dame Heather Rabbatts, a businesswoman whose career has covered law, government, sport and media, including high profile positions at the Football Association, Millwall Football Club, the BBC and Channel 4. 

Heather now heads the Women’s Sports Group so, as well and discussing her career and advice for leadership, we also explore the future of commercial income for women’s sport from rights deals to sponsorships.
