Kim Gatling is a Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer and Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP. Kim focuses her practice on intellectual property prosecution, licensing, and litigation. Kim also works tremendously hard at developing and implementing programs and policies that support Fox Rothschild's goal to diversify the workforce and create an inclusive environment for everyone at the firm. She also is a trustee for North Carolina A&T State University and the Director of Culp, Inc. Kim and Fox Rothschild are genuinely trying to break boundaries that have unfortunately been set in the past by going to great lengths to diversify big law, creating opportunities for everyone to get "good work," that underrepresented attorneys deserve. " We are ensuring everyone gets that equitable opportunity to get good work and the type of work they need to succeed in the law firm."
