Today’s guest is Jeff Walsworth. He began his career in construction to support himself through law school. Thirty-five years ago, he established a practice and expanded it to include 65 attorneys today before relinquishing management responsibilities and handing over the firm to his employees. He has successfully closed transactions worth over $10 billion throughout his tenure, including a high-profile case involving DHL. He accomplished all of this while attaining certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise through the National Association of Minority & Women Owned Law Firms, and he officially achieved Diversity Lab’s Midsize Mansfield Certification Plus status.
