Another Day, Another Indictment. . . . Whatever Happened to the First Amendment?

Noted constitutional scholars Adam and Jeff discuss the latest twists and turns in the on-going series of indictments being filed against Donald Trump.  Jeff points out the inconvenient fact that a losing candidate can seek to overturn an election through legal means without being indicted for "attempting to defraud the United States."  They both wonder if these indictments against Trump are nothing more than an on-going war of attrition being waged by the Biden Administration against its leading political nemesis.  They also see the danger of legitimate rights of protest being criminalized in all spheres of everyday life.  Adam points out the curious timing between ominous news being released about the Biden family's financial dealings and yet another indictment being issued against Trump.  Adam also mentions that it is not a crime to be a "sore loser" in a political campaign even though Hillary Clinton would probably being a leading candidate to be prosecuted under any new "sore loser" laws.
