In the wake of the third set of criminal indictments being issued against Donald Trump for his actions contesting the outcome of the 2020 presidential election, Adam and Jeff put on their thinking caps to discuss whether the American justice system has become irretrievably broken.  They also talk about how the grand jury system works and the ease with which an indictment can be secured.  Grand jury proceedings are conducted in secret and orchestrated by the prosecutor. Jeff points out that there are also  fewer limits on the types of evidence that can be heard by the grand jury as compared to a traditional court case.  He also wonders why prosecutors are spending so much of their limited budgets on such weak cases.  Adam asks whether these lawsuits are motivated by the prosecutors' own post-office ambitions.
