Welcome back to the Freedom First Podcast. This is Justin Arrington with you on another episode of the Freedom First podcast. Guys, this show has been an absolute riot for me. It's been super fun to sit behind the mic multiple times a week and record these episodes for you guys, and if you guys have been following the show for a while, all that you ask is that you share the show if you receive some sort of value input, and that's really all that I ask.

Speaker 1:

I hope that every single one of you guys that listen to this show day in and day out is just out there chasing your dreams and you know, eventually you'll get there to living a life full of freedom and full of opportunity. That is my only wish for every single person that does tune into the show. So, as always, I like to keep them super short, super sweet and, with that said, let's go ahead and dive into it. Guys, today I wanted to talk to you why it is easier to be a loser, and that it's just, it's the truth. Like, losing is going to be way, way easier and it's going to be a lot harder. You're going to live a lot harder of a life if you choose to be a loser. Now, when I hear someone say or call someone a loser, I mean, growing up you're just always taught like, oh well, you don't say that to people, it's not nice to call people losers, but you know what it is.

Speaker 1:

And when I think about losing, I think back to a video like I saw this, you know, multiple years ago and I've seen it a couple of times since then Um, but it's his coach and he, he's coaching literally baseball. I think it's baseball, um, but he's just talking to his, his players, and it must have been before like a tournament or something like that, and he, he sat them all down. He gets down, you know, on their level and and he just tells them all. You know what. There's two types of people in this world there's winners and there's losers. And then he goes on to. He goes on to explain like what a winner is and you know how. Their team's there to win and to to dominate every single, every single. And then he flips the script and he just says like, and I'll be the first one to tell you if your dad or your mom says that it's okay not to win, they're probably losers. And the video is super funny, but it's super true and it's the truth. I mean, there's no way to sugarcoat it.

Speaker 1:

Um, you know, having a loser mentality or just saying, like you know, I didn't win today, but, man, that's all right, you're a loser, like, if that's what your mentality is, you will lose for the rest of your life, unless you switch something in your brain that gets you on the topic of winning, and not just winning, but winning and dominating every single day. And I know it's impossible to do that every day Like you're going to have hiccups, you're going to have days where you don't, where you just don't want to do anything, and that that's okay, but that's when, uh, when you have to really push through. That's when you have those test days, and just when you want to burn everything down to the ground. Just remember, I am a winner, I have a winner's mentality, I am going to win. I'm going to win, guys, I love sports movies.

Speaker 1:

As far as movie genres, that's my all-time favorite. In fact, one of my favorite movies of all time is Remember the Titans with Denzel Washington. There's a scene in that movie where the coaches are telling, like you know, saying it's okay, you know, if you lose, like it's okay, you've already accomplished enough. You know and this was back when racism was super heavy, and you know, he just looked at him and he goes no, I'm a winner, I'm going to win. And that's what they did. They had an undefeated season. Like it's an incredible movie. If you guys haven't seen that, there's a lot of really cool like inspirational moments throughout that.

Speaker 1:

But like, the main focus of that movie for me is just to stay focused on winning, stay focused on dominating, because it's so much easier to just throw in the towel and give up and no matter where you're at, whether it's on your entrepreneurship journey, whether you're just working on your body and you're not seeing the changes that you want to in the gym, and you just want to throw in the towel and go eat a box of Oreos or whatever it is guys, that's the easy route. The easy route is just to quit, roll over and die. So which person are you? Are you a winner or are you a loser? And if you are a loser, it is okay to admit that. In fact, that could be the turning point in your life right now. You know, if you're not where you want to be in life and you're catching yourself complaining more than you are being happy, chances are you're living a loser life.

Speaker 1:

So stop being a loser and get out there, start wanting to dominate more. There's nothing wrong with that. There's no shame in wanting to win. It drives me absolutely nuts, especially with kids sports nowadays, that they don't want to keep score because they don't want to hurt anyone's feelings and all that's doing is building up a softer generation. It's okay to keep score. You should be keeping score. You should be keeping score with yourself, with your competitors, whoever it is.

Speaker 1:

Show up to win every day and you will see results. You will win, you will dominate. And I'll tell you right now probably in today's day and age, people are so lazy that it's probably easier to win now than it ever has been before. I know that because I've seen it Like. There's people that get into my industry and you know they try it out for a couple of months. They don't, they don't get a deal, they don't make any money and they quit. So what? Who are you going to be? Are you going to be the winner or are you going to be the loser?

Speaker 1:

If you're listening to the show today, I know you want to win. So let's make it happen. Go out there today, do what you need to do, check off the win box and then, when you wake up, go out and do it again. And you do that day in and day out. Over the span of a couple months, a couple years, you will see the most gosh I don't even know what the word is. You'll see the biggest change in your life. You'll be able to start living happy. You'll be able to start living life on your own terms. That's my whole purpose of this show. So, guys, go out, get the W today and then get another one tomorrow and the next day and the next day. Keep building, keep growing. I love you guys. Thank you all for tuning into the show once again today. So just come and learn how to build a free life, living on your own terms.
