Dr Lugo and Chief Vásquez return for a new season of discussions, even bantering, as they share some possibly revolutionary thoughts! In this episode, they discuss their New Year's resolutions, reflections, and revolutions. Chief suggests that in order for people to accomplish what they resolve to do throughout the year, it has to be exciting, interesting, and inspiring. Dr Lugo agrees, but adds that it also needs some structure and consistency. They both agree that having an Accountability Partner or coach is very helpful.
