It was an honor to sit down with Lieutenant Colonel Oak McCulloch this week. LTC McCulloch had a distinguished Military career. When he retired from the Military he stayed very active in recruiting, teaching, leading in the community. In 2021 LTC McCulloch released a leadership book titled "Your Leadership Legacy: Becoming the Leader You Were Meant To Be" In the podcast we discussed his ascension in the Military ranks, leadership styles, what led up to authoring his first book, and how this books translates to leading in the business world.
