Sometimes we get so distracted by everything else that we don't notice a thought that's coming through, other times we willingly ignore it. Join Daniel, Daina, and Emily as they dive into breaking through the cycle of being distracted and allowing ourselves the space to acknowledge the thoughts that are occurring. Sure, sometimes it's not comfortable to pay attention to what you're thinking, but oftentimes it's needed.
