TJ Buxton grew up in Salt Lake City and it would seem that fitness runs through his veins. Hi dad founded Sports Mall in Salt Lake City back in the 70's, an athletic club that has everything-tennis, swimming, all the workout equipment you could want. In 1990, he started Life Centre Athletic Club and TJ has worked there ever since.

Because of the industry that he works in, TJ has a front row seat to people seizing the new year by starting a new fitness regimen and then falling off the wagon. He also has experience with this as he serves as the bishop of ward-watching people try to improve themselves and then meeting roadblocks. But there is absolutely no reason to get down on ourselves at these times! That's not what our Father in Heaven wants for us and He will always be there to give us infinite chances.

TJ has observed the biggest key to our success in achieving our goals-spiritual, physical, emotional-is consistency. And in the process, we develop, increase and strengthen our most important relationships!
