📊Learn and Adopt: Look at successful sales teams and learn from their systems and processes. What are they doing right? How can you incorporate these practices into your strategy?
🛠 Refine As You Go: As you implement your strategy, take note of what works and what doesn't. Use this feedback to refine your processes and make improvements.
