From Darkness to Light: 7 years alcohol free today! Overcoming Addiction & Alcoholism and the Lessons that Transformed my Life
Nov 14, 2023 Season 3 Episode 13
Samuel Gegen

This episode I talk about my relationship with alcohol and what I went through. I am sharing this to help others and give them hope. Often times we see sh*t on social media and I want to be real with you all!

My journey was not easy but when you come out the other side, it's so powerful to see who you become and what you are capable of.

My journey with alcohol started when I was 15 years old and progressively got worse. It go so bad I was drinking alone, on an empty stomach and was on the verge of hospitalization. I could literally feel my liver and kidneys throbbing, it was not good.

At the end of this podcast, I mention some things I learned along the way that you need to hear. It will help you through any journey that you have.

Remember, if you are going through a dark time. You CAN do this! I am here for you and work to pull yourself out of these challenges times.

There is also many ways to find support, seek it out and let people help you get through this.

Today I am grateful and  am sending a lot of love to everyone.
