Today my guest is Cheyla Breedlove, my childhood friend, and between the two of us we’ve dealt with our fair share of narcissists. In two-parts, we’ll dive into what a narc really is, how to figure out if you have a narc in your life, and the red flags to spot em! Cheyla has studied the behaviors of narcissism for years, and I deal with clients all the time going through and getting over narcissistic abuse.
