Over the last few years as of September 20, 24, the median sale price here in Fernie was 720,000. a 3% increase from the previous year. In fact, the average sell price has risen to 741,655. That's a 9% increase since 2021. That's a solid sign that the phony market is not only stable. But appreciating steadily. these price increases might sound intimidating, but the key is to understand in the market demand dynamics, sorry, and planning ahead.
