There is a term here in New England called “Yankee Ingenuity” that describes a person’s ability to come up with alternative ways to make things useful. This ability is true all over the world, and we are using it to repurpose old books to fill low places in one of our new trails. Everyone uses it when they find ways to solve problems for the greater good.
