The SIXCOMMS Podcast
Special Series Episode 44: The Results Are In! Did We Prove to be Good Feedback Seekers?
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
In this episode, we share our key learnings from a challenge set by our guest, Veronica. She encouraged us to ask three people - a friend, family member, and client/collaborator - for feedback. And the results were eye-opening!
One of the things we discovered is the importance of keeping open lines of dialogue. By creating a safe and positive space for sharing, conversations became less emotionally charged and more productive.
We also learned the value of asking for feedback regularly, both in our personal and professional lives. It's a powerful tool for growth and improvement, and something we're committed to continuing long after this episode.
One of us even received feedback on our tech skills (or lack thereof), but we're working on it! We're all on a learning curve, after all.
So, if you're curious to hear more about our experiences and the insights we gained from this exercise, tune in to this episode! Trust us, it's packed full of tips and revelations.
Finally, we'd love to hear your key learnings and feedback too. So please share your thoughts via email or connect with us on our social media channels.
