Welcome, welcome, welcome. It is the first C CPL podcast of the 2025 season. We're here with the whole crew, Miles, Commissioner Kyle, producer Tim, and we're at your great Indiana State Fairgrounds.
SPEAKER_03You know, on behalf of the Indiana State Fair Board and State Fair Commission, I would just like to welcome you all to the 168th edition of the Indiana State Fair.
SPEAKER_04You know, I don't think Fairboard member is an accurate title for you.
SPEAKER_03It's it's Ambassador Phelps.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, it's something like that. You know, uh, it really is exciting. And here's what I didn't realize. Uh Commissioner Kyle was here this uh last week.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, first day.
SPEAKER_03Uh Miles was here last week. Quincy, you know, he's obviously uh he took a he got a uh a helicopter uh to drop him in uh real quick. Uh you know, he comes in and out uh as as his clients demand his attention. I was here at six in the morning on Friday, opening day. All right, here's the funniest part, and we can get to football. But all right, you were here at six in the morning and opening day. What time did you leave the fairgrounds?
SPEAKER_04Like 7:45.
SPEAKER_03745. The fair wasn't even open yet, and Quincy had already had an 8:30 meeting. He's very important.
SPEAKER_07Was it at the beef barn? Uh that's the only people that I knew that were there.
SPEAKER_03No, we've got uh we've got the ham breakfast to kick off the state fair. So if you take one thing away from this podcast, come to the state fair. Open through August 17th. Okay. Everybody should get here.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. We brought the family on Sunday, it was a blast. Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Bring your family, bring your um livestock, whatever you need. Yeah.
SPEAKER_07It's good time.
SPEAKER_03So we're back.
SPEAKER_05It has been a long time. It has been.
SPEAKER_07We didn't have a post a year in.
SPEAKER_05I mean, we didn't have a championship podcast, we didn't have a year in. It fell off a cliff real bad.
SPEAKER_04Tried really hard to get Kyle, but his availability was limited.
SPEAKER_05Kyle was Kyle is pretty busy. He can rarely talk to you. He's so busy.
SPEAKER_07Got a lot of things going on.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, but we figured, you know, I think we did this two years ago at the state fair, so I figured we could have it again and just kind of preface, you know, the beginning of the season, draft, talk about the draft, talk about player movement, that kind of thing, and see how it goes.
SPEAKER_04I like it. So let's talk about last season.
SPEAKER_05Um, it ended.
SPEAKER_00That's true. Someone won. Yeah, I mean, there was a there was a beginning and middle and an end.
SPEAKER_05There was a beginning, middle, and end. Um I mean, Corbin made it deep into the playoffs. Jake made it to the championship. First runner up for him.
SPEAKER_03First runner-up. That was nice. Speaking of he was at the state fair yesterday.
SPEAKER_05Oh, good for him. Jake Adams. Yeah. Um, yeah, I mean, I don't know. Do we think, and this goes at uh kind of leading into this year, we didn't have any new rules proposed this year. I mean, we didn't have an indication. Well, no, no, no.
SPEAKER_07Hold on, hold on. There was two new there was one new rule brought by you. Yes.
SPEAKER_05We didn't have a rules meeting. Are people nobody wanted to? Are people losing interest in the league?
SPEAKER_07Or maybe I'm just doing that damn good of a job.
SPEAKER_05No, I think people are just disinterested. We didn't have the podcast, you know, no new rules, you know, but we didn't have the rules meeting. Uh and now we hear our MC for the draft can't even show up to the draft. No, I want to address this. Tim, how many years straight have you been the MC for the draft?
SPEAKER_03This has been like seven, eight years, right? It's been a while. And I want to address this, and I'm really sorry. Uh, you know, number one, I know that you guys know exactly what day the draft is, but typically I don't. I typically hear from Miles or Quincy, and they'll say, hey, the draft is like this date, and we make like a plan. The wives will come or the wives aren't coming, and and we'll drive up and and it's a whole thing. And and I just did not have this on my radar as normal. Now, I can hear someone saying, but you're in the chat. That's true. I am in the chat. I have a confession. I am not as up to speed in the chat as a typical league member. If I need to see something in the chat, I'm often just sort of like, hey, you should check out the chat. And then I'll go and just kind of like stay up to speed.
SPEAKER_07So I blame you two. Well, Quincy and Miles.
SPEAKER_03And it's it's easy to blame Quincy and Miles, but the fact is that I have a convention that I have to go to with a client that is that weekend. Now he's really busy and important. Well, yeah, you know, that's true. And uh so I have to I have to go to Milwaukee with the great Indiana National Guard. Uh and I will be in Wisconsin for that weekend of the draft. So I can't make it. I'm really sorry. I'm disappointed to be missing it. I think we're gonna try to get a lot of this gear up to Carroll County so that uh you guys can still have a lot of the production elements, but uh I will not be available to uh to announce your picks.
SPEAKER_05I mean, I guess it's partially my fault, but I just figured at this point it's always the same weekend. It's the weekend before Labor Day week leak weekend, and it's always on Bacon Fest.
SPEAKER_07Well, so you can't assume. Yeah, what if I got you and me?
SPEAKER_05We do need an MC though. So what if I got Hunter Smith to do it? To MC. Yeah. Former Colts Party.
SPEAKER_03I think that would be great. Hunter Smith. Yeah, he he would probably love that. Yeah. You should do it.
SPEAKER_05I mean, calling all calling all people. If does if anybody has a good idea for an MC who can who can announce the draft picks, hopefully we can have somebody running the board, you know, putting the picks.
SPEAKER_07I think I've got a couple people.
SPEAKER_04When did the like Google calendar invite for the draft go out?
SPEAKER_07I didn't send out a Google invite. I had it on the chat.
SPEAKER_05I we I still don't know what time is it?
SPEAKER_07It's 1130.
SPEAKER_05It's 11:30.
SPEAKER_07I updated it.
SPEAKER_04On the calendar invite for everyone?
SPEAKER_07On the Okay.
SPEAKER_04Historically speaking, I've sent a calendar invite. But you know, I'm not the commissioner, so I don't want to.
SPEAKER_05It does it does tell you as soon as you open sleeper.
SPEAKER_07It says it right there.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. 15 days, 22 hours at this point. But for our support staff.
SPEAKER_07And why do I have to why okay, you know, you sending this whole uh separate calendar invite, it sounds like just bureaucratic extra bullshit. I think it's use the use the system that we have. That's the system that we have in place. Is it a calendar function? Well yes, it says right there. I can't, I don't need to go punch it in for you. You're so busy you can't just do it all.
SPEAKER_04I've got it on my own calendar.
SPEAKER_03We were talking about earlier that I think we think Quincy needs a body guy. He needs like a um a Lloyd who can follow him around and make sure that he stays on track. And that would also give Quincy someone to yell at all the time.
SPEAKER_04I yeah, Anne's getting tired of that.
SPEAKER_03Shout out Ann.
SPEAKER_05Oh so yeah, if anybody wants to MC the draft, uh let us know.
SPEAKER_03And if and if someone else comes in MCs and they're amazing, that's okay. I can just come and do production next year, you know, and uh we'll be just fine. No, Tim, you are the voice of the league.
SPEAKER_07Yeah. We can never replace you.
SPEAKER_03Well, you know, let's see how it goes. I'm sorry to be missing it. And and even if, like you said, even if I would have known about it in advance, it's one of those things where it's kind of a meeting I have to go to. So um I was left very little choice. So anyways, here we are. I'm sorry to miss it, but it's gonna be a great draft. Uh you guys rolling it back, same location, same deal. I guess as I'm understanding, you say we're we're you're moving the time back a little bit.
SPEAKER_07Just a little bit, yeah. Trying to accommodate a little bit of best both or a little bit of both worlds for a couple different.
SPEAKER_05It would be nice if next year we could just move it further back into the afternoon.
SPEAKER_07Well, I'm good with an evening draft. I actually think so. That was fun. I actually think in the future we're gonna have to maybe consider more evening because it would make typically have more it for those who have kids in sports and stuff, it typically is done by early afternoon.
SPEAKER_05So you the original thinking of Bacon Fest was like, hey, then everybody hangs out. It's it was about fellowship.
SPEAKER_07So maybe now we're getting old and fat, we just want to hang out in one place.
SPEAKER_05Hang out, yeah.
SPEAKER_04Sounds good to me. Yeah. Any surprises for the draft this year, Kyle?
SPEAKER_05Yeah, any new additions? You don't want to rule it.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, one big one.
SPEAKER_05Any positive additions.
SPEAKER_07I have you know, I had some ideas, but I don't know if we're gonna get anything too crazy. I mean, I'm always open for the floor, you know. Uh uh or for suggestions. I opened the floor for suggestions.
SPEAKER_05So um Should we get one of those uh evaporative water cooler things, you know?
SPEAKER_07I don't think it's been too hot in there. Do you?
SPEAKER_05No, but you never know. It could be a hot one.
SPEAKER_07True. Uh it's right now I think it's right around 76 degrees. I wonder if anybody has one.
SPEAKER_05Like, does Pete have one? Does anybody have one in their shop? Like one of those avail you know what I'm talking about?
SPEAKER_07No, I mean I just cranked the AC down and then put a fan there two nights before. That's true. And it usually lowers it down about five degrees. We're about 70 to start the draft. Okay.
SPEAKER_05So well, speaking of the draft, um, draft order based off of last season's results. Um Cameron won the toilet bowl. So he gets to pick his draft position. And we would assume he's gonna keep CeeDee Lamb, so he could he doesn't have to take the 101. He could take 114, he could try to be cute with it, take the 107, 108, just sort of.
SPEAKER_03If you win the toilet pole, you get any pick you want. Yes, you can pick, yeah, you pick your position in the version. But then that carries over. So you have to solve all snakes. Yeah, so if he can keep CD Lamb, doesn't it? I mean, he it seems to me he's gonna go mid-first round, right?
SPEAKER_05Well, so he could pick 114 and then he gets CD at the 114, and then he gets to pick at 2-1. Uh so that would be nice. So it's kind of like you get a first but then he doesn't get to pick again until 314. So it's like, where is the value? Are there a bunch of guys that are gonna go, you know, back half of the second, early third that he wants? I think that depends on where your second keeper is. True. But his second keeper is gonna be Jaden Daniels, which is like eighth or seventh round.
SPEAKER_04So it may it may not matter then in that situation. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05So um so Cameron is number one.
SPEAKER_03Um for now.
SPEAKER_07For now.
SPEAKER_03Have you guys talked? I mean, has Cameron indicated what his plan is?
SPEAKER_07I've tried a couple different times. He's not releasing much information. Probably gonna tell me yes, which is gonna be, I mean, I've got it ready, but it's just kind of a pain in the butt. Um, so I hope he gets it to me at least a week before so I can set the set the lineup.
SPEAKER_03Do you think that is there is there a like advantage for him to kind of keep everyone on their toes? I mean, is that part of the strategy here? He's gonna so no one knows exactly when they'll be picking up.
SPEAKER_05And you probably want to see how AD ADP falls of like, hey, who's he thinking he can get at you know, if he at 2-1 if he wants to pick there, who could he get at 2-5 and three, whatever? Like, you know. So, but if he does change his position, Kyle, then that gives you the 101. Yeah, that's that would be nice.
SPEAKER_07A lot of pressure. It's yeah, but you know, it just depends because like it can kind of suck be in like I prefer I would rather be at the end of the draft versus a lot, it's a lot of things for you to fuck up. It is, but you also like typically tend to be on the early rounds, you tend to have to kind of reach. Yeah. Versus if you're late, you can kind of find the value a little bit more on the back end. Does that make sense?
SPEAKER_04Well, the fact our keeper system is structured in a way that the first round doesn't really feel like the first round. I mean, you know, you see what's off the board.
SPEAKER_05You do get you get like a couple first round kind of guys that you can pick, but yeah, it's a lot of that talent.
SPEAKER_04You're typically kind of tending to pick some this feels like a year. Uh, you know, we had the Bijan Robinson year, um Ashton Ashton Genty. That's that's what I'm about to say. Yeah we've I feel like there's some immediate impact rookies this year that are high-end draft picks potentially. A couple of running backs, yeah. Hampton. Yep. Yep. At least like first three rounds.
SPEAKER_05Um so Kyle could be picking either first or second, and then Phil, uh, then Kendall, then myself, then Pete, then Cody, then uh Zach Owen, then Scotty, Quincy, Braden, Corbin, Jake, and Maxwell.
SPEAKER_03Yep. So in that draft order. So Jake is picking second to last. Correct. Okay. Interesting. He was he was in the butt he was in the championship game.
SPEAKER_05But for Jake, that actually helps him out because he would we would think is going to keep Saquon, and he would he'll be able to keep Saquon at the back half of the first round. So really helps him. Probably also helps Corbin. He can keep Jameer Gibbs at the back half of half of the second. Maxwell can keep Jefferson at the back half of the, or I'm sorry, the back half of the first. Maxwell can keep Jefferson at the back half of the first. So it helps guys like that.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, like it when you kind of look at when we're like looking at roster construction and the guys and what they could be keeping, it kind of has a way of shaking out that the the guys that are towards the tail end, they all have pretty legit first rounds.
SPEAKER_05Which makes sense, right? They're all guys who made it far in the playoffs.
SPEAKER_04So right now, I mean, projection-wise, and this all will be fluid, there are maybe seven teams, so half of the league may be actually keeping a real player in the first round, potentially.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_05So you got Cameron with CD, you got Maxwell with Jefferson, Jake with uh Saquon, Corbin maybe with Gibbs, probably, Scotty with Derrick Henry, Zach with Jamar Chase, Pete with McCaffrey. That's it. That's probably it.
SPEAKER_04Now keep in mind there are round one ADP people right now that aren't being kept in the first round. Like their current status is first round ADP, but yeah, because of last year and flex and everything, they're they're able to be kept in second, third. You see what I'm saying, right? Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. So that's interesting. Well, I mean, let's go into prognosticating who do who do we think people are gonna keep. So Kyle's kind of drawing this up a little bit. Um Kyle says he might keep Camara and Metcalf. Camara in the fourth and Metcalf in the fifth.
SPEAKER_07When I've looked through my roster in particular, mine's an example of there's really just not a whole lot of it's just crap. Why is this? Terrible, but I because I suck, I guess, at fantasy. Um clearly, I was last in the league. Uh so for me it was looking at okay, where are some valuable players and where's their ADP? Yeah. So that's why I kind of I don't necessarily love in saying that I will do this, but in this instance, like Alvin Kamara in the fourth round, DK Metcalf in the fifth round. Um, that's where their ADP falls, and that's probably some okay value there.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. And we use Fantasy Pro's ADP, right?
SPEAKER_07Like uh, I thought it was Sleeper. Okay. So I'll have to double check that. This one I was going off of this one I was going off of uh sleeper. So I'll have to go back and look and see if these are a little bit different.
SPEAKER_05But it can get interesting too, because like you know, there could be guys with an ADP of 16, right? And in our league, that's a second round pick. So they could keep him there. So like next up, we've got what, Phil? Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_04Who these feel pretty straightforward.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, Malik, Malik Neighbors he can he can keep at the like 213 position. He picked him at the beginning of the second round last year. But yeah, that I mean that feels pretty probably good. Yep. End of the second round. And then Ladd McConkey, great pick in the seventh.
SPEAKER_07Because I think I think neighbors is actually a first round ADP this year. So he's getting a value there.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, yep. Um, moving on to Kendall. Kendall has a uh embarrassment of riches here.
SPEAKER_04And I'll tell you, I don't think this is I've got no inside information. I don't think AJ Brown is who he keeps with his top keeper. I think it's Puka Nakua.
SPEAKER_05Really?
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_05In the first? Or where could where could he keep?
SPEAKER_04AJ Brown's dealing with this hamstring issue, right? But where could he keep Puka though? So we had him in the third last year.
SPEAKER_05But he'd have to keep him in the first.
SPEAKER_04Because it came in a trade previously.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, but Cam, he's not gonna want to keep.
SPEAKER_07Well, I think Puka's ADP's in round one anyway.
SPEAKER_05He's not gonna want to keep him at the at the 1-3, 1-4.
SPEAKER_07Who's Stafford may not even be throwing the ball too?
SPEAKER_05I don't know, guys. So AJ Brown right now, which is weird to me, his ADP is 20th overall. So middle of the second round, um, Kendall could keep him at the back half of the second at like 212. Um, Chase Brown could be a good flex for him in the seventh.
SPEAKER_07I think that's a really good value.
SPEAKER_05Ricky Pursaw, the uh wide receiver for the Niners in the 13th.
SPEAKER_07Yeah. That's I mean, I think if I remember correctly, throwaway pick Chase Brown is somewhere in like the third to second eighty, I think, somewhere in there. Yeah. And then Pursaw was somewhere in the mid.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, that's big for Kindle. Do you think all this opens up an opportunity for AJ Willette in the early round? It really does. We should maybe he could be RMC.
SPEAKER_05I bet he's not doing anything. He's probably not busy. Introducing AJ former first round pick. CCPL. AJ Wallett. Um right now I'm at like 1-4, 1-5, depending on what Cameron does. I could keep St. Brown in the first. I don't I don't know. Um Sun God belongs on your team. Yeah. Nico Collins in the fourth is uh solid. Um I'm probably in the market to find a second flex.
SPEAKER_07You'll go out and get one.
SPEAKER_05I will try to go out and get one, yeah. Most likely. I haven't seen on my team I haven't seen that much uh where is uh Odunze going right now?
SPEAKER_04Like what's his ADP?
SPEAKER_05I think he's somewhere like four or five, but I got him in the fifth last year.
SPEAKER_07Yes, I was gonna say when I looked through, there wasn't anything that was.
SPEAKER_05I think you got him in sixth, didn't you? No, he's a fifth. Um six. I got him six last year. I guess that's a little value. Yeah. I mean, again, like I've got a couple where it's like, yeah, I could get but if I can get a good deal from somebody, I might I might try to take it. Um Pete, Christian McCaffrey and Bichon. Those have will be his flex keepers, what now, for like the third year in a row? Yeah.
SPEAKER_07Um well no, he would have drafted Bichon three years. And then last year would have been the first year as the together fans.
SPEAKER_05Um I mean, just unbelievable. He's been able to keep that together. Obviously, McCaffrey had a terrible year last year with injuries, but that's that's as good as you can. He's only getting older. That's as good as you can start right there. He's got two top picks. Yeah. Um, Cody, you have him down for I think he keeps Jonathan Taylor in the second.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. Because of the dynasty rule.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. So Taylor has a second round ADP right now. Um this would be the fifth year he had he has kept him. So next year he will be able to basically keep Taylor as an extra player. He will have a third flex player if he wants it. Um he'll be able to keep Taylor at ADP. Um, and then he has he could keep uh Achain in the fourth, or he could keep Bucky Irving in the 13th. So to give reference. Bucky Irving's a no-brainer.
SPEAKER_07I think Achain somewhere at the end of first, beginning as like somewhere in the first and second round. Yeah. Yeah. So that's why when I hedged this out, that's kind of why I had it.
SPEAKER_05Yep. Uh Zach Owen, Jamar Chase. Will this be the fifth year he's kept Jamar too? Fourth year?
SPEAKER_07Good question.
SPEAKER_05I think it's fifth. Because didn't Chase and Jefferson come out in the same draft?
SPEAKER_07I I think when I went through and looked at these, there was nobody that was um well no, what I'm saying is this will be the fifth year he's kept him, so next year he would be able to keep him.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, so he keeps him 21, 22, 23, 24. Yep.
SPEAKER_05This would be 25. Yeah. Um, and then probably maybe Joe Burrow runs it back with that stack in the third. Um, or um uh Tracy from the the Giants in the 14th. So we'll see what he does there. Scotty, you would think keeps uh Derek Henry again. This would be his 50 years keeping him.
SPEAKER_07Actually, it would be his sixth year, sixth or seventh year, but it didn't it wasn't enacted until the 21, 25 years.
SPEAKER_05I wonder if is this the longest any player has been on a team if Scotty keeps Derrick Henry? I think I yeah.
SPEAKER_03What about some of those Julio Jones with um Cody?
SPEAKER_05I think that was five years. That's why I think Cody put that rule in place because he had had him for five years. Cody did have Julio for a long time. Yeah, he did. But Derek Henry has been on Scotty's team for ageless. Um, and then maybe Jackson Smith and Jigba in the seventh. That's a pretty good pick for Scotty. Um Quincy, what are you thinking you'll do?
SPEAKER_04So I think Kyle's assessment's probably right. So the obvious is Brock Bowers in the seventh, who is actually going like top end, second round, late first round to pick him.
SPEAKER_05They're like they're just anointing him, Travis Kent.
SPEAKER_07He's number one tight end, right? Yes.
SPEAKER_05Like he even until a few years ago, they weren't even picking Travis Kelsey in the first.
SPEAKER_04Like so currently Brock Bowers is 17.7 ADP. So he's two he's 2-3. Beginning of the second, yeah. Uh so Brock Bowers is the obvious one. And then it's probably it's probably Josh Jacobs in the second round. Maybe Lamar Jackson, he would be in the second round. So I'm gonna have my number one, I'm gonna have my first round pick.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, I I debated that because I was like, well, you did go out and get Jamar last year. So I didn't know how committed you were. But you also, or Lamar, sorry. Um, but also you made moves to get Jacobs too.
SPEAKER_04So yeah, it's it's a jump ball right now. I think Yeah, it's a jump ball. Who did better last year for you? Lamar? They both had Bowers.
SPEAKER_05Had to be Bowers. Well, no, no, I think. Oh true. Lamar had a great year.
SPEAKER_04But Josh Jacobs had, you know, he scored like 16 touchdowns. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05I think next up, Braden picking at the uh probably one ten-ish spot.
SPEAKER_07Um I struggle with this one a little bit.
SPEAKER_05Dude to him keep no, he's gonna keep Josh Allen because Josh Allen is an eraser. Like he he could have nothing happen on his entire team and Josh Allen can put up 50 points in a week. Well, that's what I figured. But he gets to keep Josh Allen with a second round pick this year because of his ADP. I don't understand how Josh Allen's ADP in our league isn't flirting with the first.
SPEAKER_04And and this will be his fourth year keeping Josh Allen.
SPEAKER_05Crazy God, that would be such a setup for him if he could have Josh Allen for years to come as a third flex. So keep Josh Allen at second is what we think. And then I stupidly traded in Brian Thomas last year. He used to keep him in the eighth. Brian Thomas is going in the middle first right now. Braden has such a good roster. Yeah, that's that's a hell of a way to start. Yeah. Um next up, Corbin. Does he keep Jamar Gibbs and Jamison Williams? Gibbs would be his uh keeper in the first, but Gibbs is going like top three or four right now in most leagues, so he'd be able to keep him with like the 11th-ish pick. And Jamison Williams he could keep at the eighth, or does he keep Patrick Mahomes? Because he's had Mahomes for several years now.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, I guess I didn't even think about that.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, so he's he's had Mahomes since 21. So this would be a fifth year.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_04So he's gonna have to.
SPEAKER_05So he could do him at just a Mahomes at ADP. Does he keep Mahomes and and Jamison Williams at ADP? What's he do there?
SPEAKER_07I just figure because I mean he's getting he Jamison Williams is what? He's probably like a second third round ADP, and you're getting him in the eighth round. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Just the value the value for for Gibbs maybe isn't there. Like he's a top 3-4 pick. Let's say he's like 104 and quit and he would be able to get keep him with like 111. But like in our league, a lot of that talent.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, I was gonna say Jameer's not gonna make it to him. True.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. Uh-oh.
SPEAKER_03What just happened? Well, late breaking. Whoa. What? Okay, what happened? But there's a trade. There was a trade.
SPEAKER_04IUI Doc just received Jackson Smith and Jigba for a fifth rounder. So he swapped fifth-round picks with Scott.
SPEAKER_07I think Cody was just texting me. I hope he doesn't because I told him he he asked me if the Derek Henry would be the keeper focused too, and I said maybe I'll take the 1-1.
SPEAKER_02Wow. Does he know we're doing this right now? No, I don't know if they do. I don't think so.
SPEAKER_05So CeeDee Lamb is on the board. Because he's going to keep Jaden Daniels and Jackson Smith and Jigbit. CeeDee is on the board. That is that is a wild move. I don't know if I like it or not.
SPEAKER_03Why I like that he's making bold moves.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. Well, here's the other thing. Does Scotty only communicate with Cameron? Because I feel like everyone in the league reaches out to Scotty to try to make a trade, and Cameron's the only one who can ever get a trade through with Scotty.
SPEAKER_04Uh Scotty communicates with me. I just never find uh the right move to make with him.
SPEAKER_07How did he he just gave up his most valuable?
SPEAKER_05Yeah, Cameron made a move with Scotty last year. But yeah, CeeDee, and how many years has Cameron had CeeDee at this point?
SPEAKER_03Well, he seems to be active on sleeper right now. We should just ask him.
SPEAKER_05So, okay, so now we're thinking Scotty obviously isn't going to keep Smith and Jigba in the seventh. Cameron would keep Smith and Jigba in the seventh. And Cameron would keep Jaden Daniels with the eighth.
SPEAKER_03Cameron's team, that's that's something you can build a foundation around.
SPEAKER_07True. I could so Scott, Scott just moved up basically. He just moved up for the fifth round. That was it.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, that's right. They swapped out of it. They swapped fifth rounders.
SPEAKER_04So I could see Scotty, unless he's gonna make a secondary move, I could see Scotty maybe keeping Jalen Hurts.
SPEAKER_07If if you were at the end of the draft, I wouldn't mind that. But he's towards the front. Scott is. I mean, I know four spots, but it I'm gonna be able to do that. He's picking in the middle.
SPEAKER_05He's picking right in the middle. Players are valued differently pre-draft.
SPEAKER_06I know.
SPEAKER_05So now we're thinking Scotty keeps Derrick Henry in the first. And what did you just say, Quincy? Oh, I guess he does make the first one. Maybe Jalen Hurts Hurts in the third?
SPEAKER_04That's where he was drafted. I don't know what his ADP is right now. I'll look. Let's see here.
SPEAKER_05Well, he was kept in the third last year from Cameron.
SPEAKER_04So Jalen Hurts is 37.7 right now. Well, that's a which would be third round. It'd be third round. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05So you could keep him in the third. Okay. Um I mean it's a move. I don't know if I I get what Cameron's doing. I know what Cameron's doing, and then Cameron's you would we would assume that's a good one. I like it for Cameron. We would assume he's gonna pick Ashanti or whatever. Um Genty. Yeah. Yeah. Ashanti. Yeah. So but so okay, so but how long was was CD on Cameron's team? Because would this be the fifth year he's capped him?
SPEAKER_07Uh no, I don't think quite that long.
SPEAKER_05No, I guess because Owen had CD before that. So Owen had CD up until like two years ago.
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Okay. Alright, I guess I can see it. Well, that changes things. It does change some things. That's cool. Again, I I'm glad Scotty's making moves. I I wish he would make moves outside of of Cameron.
SPEAKER_04I mean he moves up a seven full.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, he's like he's gonna go back to nine. So he does, yeah. He did that's uh yeah.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_05But he also traded with Cameron last year. He traded to get Jalen Hurts. Okay. Um where were we at? We were at Corbin next up, Jake, sitting pretty. Uh he can get Saquon at the back of the first. He can keep him there. And then um I thought Chuba Hubbard.
SPEAKER_04Chuba Hubbard in the ninth. Is that uh is that rookie who was drafted last year? Is he back? Yeah.
SPEAKER_07I think he's on pup still. I mean Jonathan Brooks.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_07I think the you know, again, some of this was just looking at ADP. I think Chuba Hubbard's somewhere around like fourth or fifth. Yeah. Maybe even a little higher, somewhere around there. So just the value of him being in the ninth.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. No, that's good value. Um, and he's basically got like his running backs taken care of if he did that.
SPEAKER_07Um or at least a starting running back for a good half of the season in the ninth.
SPEAKER_05I was looking at Jake's team. He has uh a few people. Him and Scotty stood out to me and Kendall as like people who had pretty good value, like multiple dudes at good value. Um and then Maxwell, Justin Jefferson in the first. This would be the fifth year he's keep he's kept him. So next year he would get that legacy rule, and then Kyron Williams, his ADP's in the fourth this year. Yeah. Really?
SPEAKER_07Yeah, but that's where he drafted him last year.
SPEAKER_05That's where he drafted him, not his ADP this year.
SPEAKER_07No, his ADP's like two. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05No, but this would be like the third year he's kept Kyron.
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, but it was no, hold on.
SPEAKER_07I don't think that's right. Um unless I missed something when I was doing this at 10 o'clock at night. Uh according to the history, he was Yeah, Maxwell picked him up via free agency at 23.
SPEAKER_04So yeah.
SPEAKER_07So his first the fourth round pick last year was the first time he's been drafted.
SPEAKER_05So how does that work though?
SPEAKER_07So he gets to repeat next year in the fourth round.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, because he wasn't rolled over the roster from 23. He didn't keep him in 23.
SPEAKER_05But he kept him at 24 at ADP. No. No. Yeah, no, he did. He kept him in 24 at ADP. He was his keeper last year. You are right. Yeah.
SPEAKER_07So then why is it why is this all that in 23, it says by Kendall had Kyron Williams in 23 and it was added to the draft pool.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, he's added from free agency. But we remember if a player wasn't drafted and you want to keep him, then you get the ADP. You get the you get it plus plus two rounds. Well, we changed two. So Kyron Williams was a second round ADP last year, plus two was fourth. Yep. So he keeps him in the fourth. This year it would either be whatever Kyron's ADP is or second round.
SPEAKER_07I missed that because of it didn't in yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Maxwell doesn't have really other real options. Yeah, because Mike Evans has been kept multiple years by Ryan. Yeah, he'd have to keep him in the second or at ADP.
SPEAKER_05Um I mean, bo Bo Nick, I don't know. Um he would be able to be kept at ADP plus two.
SPEAKER_07Um, it's this year it would be plus five. Remember, we changed that rule last year.
SPEAKER_05Five rounds?
SPEAKER_07I think it's four or five rounds. I don't think we've changed that. Let me pull it up.
SPEAKER_05I don't remember changing that.
SPEAKER_07I don't remember. I don't know. Um go ahead, keep talking and I'll yeah.
SPEAKER_05Or I don't know, Jordan Love, Jacoby Myers. Yeah, I don't know if he's got a second right now. Unless he wants to keep Kyron again.
SPEAKER_04Maybe I'll make a trade with him.
SPEAKER_05Maybe.
SPEAKER_04Maybe I'll make a trade with you. Should we?
SPEAKER_00Oh my god!
SPEAKER_05Do it live! Who you trying to you're either trying to get rid of Jacobs or uh Lamar? Lamar in the second. I don't know. I've got I have an idea that I think would work for this other owner and it would help them start their team really strongly.
SPEAKER_04Well, you know, it's all about helping other people.
SPEAKER_05Because people people helping people is what it is.
SPEAKER_04What do you got for us, Kyle? What?
SPEAKER_07Here uh here, I was well, I was looking at it. Uh so uh yeah, so last year, uh if a flex keeper is here, if a player picked up off of the waiver wire is kept as a flex keeper, the owner will forfeit a pick and the round equal to the player's ADP plus four rounds.
SPEAKER_03When did we change that?
SPEAKER_07Last year. Because I remember Kindle Kendall proposed it because his even though he didn't get to use it. He was keeping the GUK, yeah. He didn't get a lot of value.
SPEAKER_05It does make more sense to me of doing that. So I mean that changes a lot of things.
SPEAKER_07So yeah, I mean, so for So there could be a few in here that I that was picked off free agent. I didn't really see any too much, but um, yeah.
SPEAKER_05Okay. Cool.
SPEAKER_01What does that mean? To play us out. It's Sting is gonna do it's a video. Sting video.
SPEAKER_03Are you trying to wrap the podcast, Tim?
SPEAKER_01Tim means to play us out. What does that mean?
SPEAKER_03I'm waiting for the clip. Hang on.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_04It's worth the wait. Is Tim trying to play us on? We just made the reference. Uh Timmy.
SPEAKER_01Tomorrow, and that is a three. That's tomorrow, and that is it for us today, and we will leave you with a I can't do it. We'll do it live. We'll do it live! Fuck it. Do it live! I can write it and we'll do it live.
SPEAKER_03That's you guys making a trade. We're gonna clip we're gonna we're gonna clip this for future use. And now, Sting. Now the play is sound. I I think you guys should make a trade right now. That's what I want to see.
SPEAKER_05I don't I've already looked at I don't know if I have anything in mind.
SPEAKER_04Okay. Somebody wants to offer me. Um we we talked, well, change thing. This is changed for Cameron, we now know. Cameron 1-1. Yeah and Smith and Jigbo at the Okay.
SPEAKER_05So, Kyle, it takes away a little you were feeling a lot of pressure in the setup. Having to pick at 1-1. Now you get one too.
SPEAKER_07Now I get one too. It's not really much better.
SPEAKER_05I would have loved to be at 1-1 and take Genty.
SPEAKER_07No, I don't mind I I'm not saying I wouldn't have been happy to take it. I'm just saying I don't love that position in general.
SPEAKER_05Because you don't like the pressure.
SPEAKER_07So it has nothing to do with pressure. I like to go under pressure. We know.
SPEAKER_03So thinking about this season, here's a question for you guys. I'll pose. Who needs to have a good year? Which pla like which league member? Which league, which league member is like you gotta deliver. There's two glaring ones. Braden Abbott.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, is this titty 7.0? I thought it's 7.0.
SPEAKER_04So that's one, and we can deep dive into the city.
SPEAKER_03African children are probably have come to the US by now.
SPEAKER_04They're adults now.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Or they're dead.
SPEAKER_04At least severely maimed. So Braden is is the most obvious. And then I would argue that the other is Kendall. Yeah. He's been in the desert wandering for a long time.
SPEAKER_07Has he has he made when's the last time? Did the last time he's made the game?
SPEAKER_05He made the playoffs two years ago, and that was the first time in like a long time. And that was barely, right? No, he I think he made it okay.
SPEAKER_04And then last year was a whole mix of the city. I don't think anyone gets more pretzel brain during draft.
SPEAKER_05The thing was, there was a year when Kindle made the playoffs, and it was because of like one move he made that he didn't win the championship. Like he played a player he shouldn't have played, and he could have won it all.
SPEAKER_07So I know I know for I have some insider information. So uh, you know, Kendall, he's been sharing an office with me. We're office buddies right now, uh up at CCPL headquarters. And um I d I saw one day before we went to go look at one of his fields, I think he was listening to uh some podcast, and that was like that was like two and a half weeks ago. So like he got in an early he's he's prepping, he's putting the work.
SPEAKER_05Is that a good thing though? You know? I mean you look at last year. Paralysis by analysis, Jake makes it to the championship game. You look at the year before Phil makes it to the championship game. Nothing against those owners, but it's not like they're doing weeks and weeks and weeks of research.
SPEAKER_04Well, we knew Phil was gonna have a bad 2024 season when his draft wizard was.
SPEAKER_07So so really So the year before when he was really good, was it really him or was it the wizard?
SPEAKER_05That's what I'm saying. I I think I think that draft wizard works because Jake used it last year and he wrote it to the championship game.
SPEAKER_07Are we gonna ban that thing? I don't think you should ban it. I mean, you guys can You can't stop it.
SPEAKER_05I don't think you ban it because if they use the wizard, you could always draft off of like off of the wizard. You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_04Are we not concerned about AI like and bleeding into the league?
SPEAKER_05Okay, we need to talk to Cody about this. He's the only one who can probably speak intelligently about it.
SPEAKER_04You know who is a sneaky mover and shaker on draft day? And early on draft day is Pete Crowell. Always you see him walk the room, he kind of identifies some people, and then you see him shaking hands.
unknownB.
SPEAKER_05Sean Robinson's a perfect example a couple years ago. Well, you know, it makes sense the one-on-one from Jake.
SPEAKER_07It makes sense because he that's why he didn't have a good draft last year, because he got kind of flustered after being thrown into the competition committee. He was not happy about that. And he kind of was flustered, and then the whole rest of the draft wouldn't turn up that.
SPEAKER_04That's the thing. So we'll have our election for Competition Committee.
SPEAKER_07So it'll be it'll be um uh the other guy. And um the person that wanted me.
SPEAKER_05You, last year's champion, and then uh and how large. Yeah, yeah. Okay. Um who do we think it should be? Kendall?
SPEAKER_04Kendall be good. Yeah. Although maybe it's time for some of the newer owners to step up and do a bigger role with Phil or Brayden. Braden. Newer. He's gonna seven years. He was just a young pup back then. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Um, do we have any other business to take care of?
SPEAKER_07What do you guys think of my name change?
SPEAKER_03Divisions were Oh, what's the new name? Oh, you didn't oh I'm not sure. It's uh I have not been following sleep. Pineapple Express. And why is it that, Kyle? Can you tell us? Let's walk us through it.
SPEAKER_07And kids just I don't think we need to review last season.
SPEAKER_05I honestly am asking, I don't understand why.
SPEAKER_07You know, we're just representing the Boone County Swingers Club, you know, that's all.
SPEAKER_05You heard it here, guys. I'll just admit it.
SPEAKER_03I've thought this for years. And and Miles just moved to Boone County, so he's like, tell me about this.
SPEAKER_05Just confirmed.
SPEAKER_07Um He's the one that lives closest to me. Well, no, I shouldn't say that. Don't I guess Donk does.
SPEAKER_05You know what's nice with AI, we can all reinvent our logos too.
SPEAKER_07It's pretty cool.
SPEAKER_03Do you think we're gonna have any other name changes?
SPEAKER_05Kyle's logo is really cool because it's a it's a train. So he named it the Pineapple Express, like a train, get it, but it's like a shape of a pineapple in the front.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, it's really cool. Do you know how it took me several renditions and arguments with Chat GPT?
SPEAKER_03Argument. Kyle's the only person who argues with AI. Well, sometimes you you you like you want to change one thing. Yeah, I try to reason and then it's like, no, just prefer what did you use?
SPEAKER_07What? What AI did you use? I actually tried both, but Chat GPT was the one that formulated the better quality once I got to.
SPEAKER_04They can't do the lettering and spelling very well.
SPEAKER_07It's really, but it's tough because like I tried I tried uh doing something with the CCPL to try and like modernize the guy a little bit so it's better for print. Yeah. Um for like embroidery or something, and it just could not like process. That's solid.
SPEAKER_03I'm just looking at this logo. That's good. Do you think we see any other name changes this year? Chase and TD is probably is gonna stay. Big data's staying, pineapple express changed, Cromartis Kids. That's that's forever. It's on the trophy, it's on the trophy twice. Lace is out. That's a that's a pretty uh staple IUI doc.
SPEAKER_05It's really too bad that Beamer never came up with the team name, and now he has two championships under Team Beamer. Right.
SPEAKER_03Uh, you know, Phil and Holes, you know, we can take credit for that.
SPEAKER_05Okay, Phil and Holes is a great name. I don't love Phil's logo. I'm gonna say that. It's like a what is it, a groundhog? Yeah. Just like a cartoon.
SPEAKER_07Well, did he update it?
SPEAKER_05Okay, see, this is funny. Oh, there you go. Yeah, but I think it looks like a cartoon groundhog. I think it could be way dirtier and funny, you know? Not just like a Disney character groundhog holding a football. I if the Disney character was like plowing something, you know, that'd be funny. He didn't get into the late night AI. 7.0. If he was filling the hole, like the little groundhog is filling his hole with his wiener. That'd be funny.
SPEAKER_04It's a family podcast. I do know. A couple of the guys still just have the standard football as well.
SPEAKER_05I need a logo to start the helmet. Do I keep MAGA at this point? Oh, yeah, you're I I love what MAGA stands for. I don't love how uh it's not been good for you fantasy-wise. The current leader of MAGA is uh cuck to Israel. I started to get political.
SPEAKER_03So it's like I do love So you're telling me the individual who has Trump shoes, hats, I love a lot of shit.
SPEAKER_05What would you change your team name to? I love a I don't know. I mean we could just change it back to the BTOs. Um change to the Netanyahu's. Yeah. I mean it could just be Mag MAGA's uh it's a way of life, right? It's uh it's an attitude.
SPEAKER_07I got nothing on this, man. I'm just saying.
SPEAKER_05I'm what do you think?
SPEAKER_07I don't think it's I do need a logo. I think your team did better under BTO, didn't it? Versus MAGA.
SPEAKER_05Uh yeah. You did best under is it Andy's room? No, I won the championship under MAGA though. Oh, you you did make America Gronk again, yeah.
SPEAKER_07Uh well, yeah.
SPEAKER_05But MAGA.
SPEAKER_07So I could maybe just need to go back to Gronk.
SPEAKER_05I could do that, or I could just come up with some sort of other acronym. Cameron came up with one last year. Miles achieves greatness again. I like that.
SPEAKER_07You should get a hat. And this is my tenth year in the league. But see, you're like, you're changing the but you can't, it's like you're you're you're trying like MAGA has its own brand, but you're trying to make a different brand off of the same acronym.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_07That that's not really, but then it's not I think it's fine.
SPEAKER_05On the trophy, it doesn't say Mega America Gronk again. It says MAGA.
SPEAKER_07True.
SPEAKER_05You know what I mean? I don't think. I haven't seen the trophy in all the time.
SPEAKER_07So you would so you don't believe in the risk of changing it after it's on the tro like.
SPEAKER_05No, because I ended up changing it after like two really, really terrible years.
SPEAKER_04Like Yeah, but something that's already on the trophy.
SPEAKER_07That's what I'm saying.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_07So like you have to keep it MAGA, right?
SPEAKER_04Yeah. That's what I'm saying. Kind of traditional. I want to keep it that to yeah.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Jake has Jake changed his name a couple times? No.
SPEAKER_05Has he always been?
SPEAKER_07He's been always Jake from State Farm. I can I'm really the only lost soul.
SPEAKER_05I mean, we thought a name change would help for Kindle, but it hasn't yet.
SPEAKER_07No. And I love his though. His is fantastic. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Did he make a logo?
SPEAKER_07No, I think he just used the the flag.
SPEAKER_03It's hard to get the uh get the chat GPT to work with the dial-up internet. You know, he's gonna put he's gotta put the AOL C D in the computer.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, that's why he goes to Bowser. Yeah, that's why he's over C.
SPEAKER_03That would make sense. Okay, yeah. He's going over to your place just to get some Wi-Fi. Yes.
SPEAKER_05I guess last things are there any major player movements, talking drafts, talking changing teams, talking injuries that we think are really gonna like change the dynamic of this of the fantasy draft, or what are we thinking as far as that goes? Any thoughts?
SPEAKER_07What's um what's the worst team you think this year and the best team?
SPEAKER_05No, I'm just saying, do we have any just general NFL thoughts of like how's it gonna change? You know, like you don't like I'm just curious, like I don't really care who the worst or best team is. I just care about how you don't think that like has an effect.
SPEAKER_03It seems like like a lot of like the big names that have changed teams this year, they're not gonna be people who are meaningfully having an impact on fantasy. Like no one's like, man, you know, the uh you know, Steelers offense, you know, we're gonna need more out of that.
SPEAKER_05Well, I think it's interesting that DK Metcalf got traded from the Seahawks to the to the uh Steelers. Yeah. And then um they shipped what's his pickens down to the Cowboys. It's almost like they replaced a better version of Pickens, you know, with DK.
SPEAKER_07Because I think they're just trying to go, this is it, like one year.
SPEAKER_05Aaron Rodgers, yeah.
SPEAKER_07Like last year.
SPEAKER_05I mean, who else is a bit of a Devontae Adams being on the Rams? I don't I don't love that just because it like kills Puka. Yeah, I would think it kills Puka's value.
SPEAKER_07I don't think it's so much Puka, I just think that the situation there with uh Stafford, he's getting an epidural on his back.
SPEAKER_03That's pretty crazy. Man, it's it sucks to get old, doesn't it?
SPEAKER_07Like, how are you like, you know, like I I just don't like what's gonna happen there with if he can throw the ball?
SPEAKER_05I do feel like with with early research, and maybe I'm just being too like rose-colored glasses here, I'm like, man, there I I it feels to me like there's a lot of value at a lot of positions this year. Like there's a lot ADP seems weird to me. You know what I mean? Where like there's some older players that I think are way too low, or younger players that are too low, or some guys are way too high in my eyes, which I could probably completely wrong.
SPEAKER_04I don't know. I there's so much data by the time we get to our draft on ADP, it's usually pretty accurate.
SPEAKER_05I just know in past years, like by the time we get to like the sixth round, it's like there's nobody left to pick. And I feel like this year, at least when I look at the boards and stuff, I'm like, oh, there's some nice guys down here.
SPEAKER_07I will say that I think we're kind of in this uh this year, like you kind of have this every so many years where you have this like trend, and it kind of started last year where you kind of have like a big changing of the guard of like players that were yeah have been around for quite a long time and then players that the new ones coming in. And then the other thing.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_04When when is when is that rapid decline start?
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_07Here's which you never would have been drafting 30-year-old running backs in the first round.
SPEAKER_05But Derek Henry's like a just freaking nature. Um but then the other thing is this year, like last year the draft was very quarterback heavy, then a lot of defensive players were taken. Where like this year I feel like there was a lot of in the actual draft, there's a lot of like skilled offensive players, so it kind of like expands the pool.
SPEAKER_04Where do you think Travis Hunter gets drafted at?
SPEAKER_05See, that's wild. That's a wild one.
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_05What's his ADP right now? I haven't looked.
SPEAKER_07I think it's somewhere in like the fourth or third round. It's pretty high. I mean, or may I don't know. Maybe some would say it's not high enough. I don't know.
SPEAKER_05It's always the guys you least expect.
SPEAKER_04He's 68.3. So what is that? But back back into five? Well, it'd be fifty. Yeah, it'd be fifth. Yeah. Um here's an interesting. So since we've used Sleeper, you know, it gives like all-time standings, but one data point that it gives, which I think is really funny, how many messages we've sent in the chat? Uh I've sent the most with 3100. Most people are like in the like in the 1200, 1500 range, a couple people in the in the twos. What do you think the lowest message number is?
SPEAKER_05It's for last year?
SPEAKER_04No, no, overall. This is since we've used Sleeper.
SPEAKER_05Scotty with like probably it's it's like 15.
SPEAKER_0443. Yeah.
SPEAKER_07I was gonna say it's under 50. I think last year he sent. Didn't we get him award for the least amount of messages to ever?
SPEAKER_04He sent how long have we been on Sleeper? Hey, brevity is a gift. Since Kindle since 2019.
SPEAKER_05So it's been six years. So he sends six messages a year. It's pretty good, actually.
SPEAKER_04The next, so he's at 43. The next closest person is at 805. Yeah. Wow. It's significantly. Who's the next closest? IUI Doc.
SPEAKER_05Interesting. Okay.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, I think last year he only sent the second number one.
SPEAKER_04Me. Maxwell. Okay.
SPEAKER_07Maxwell. Yeah, with all of his uh pictures.
SPEAKER_04Oh no, no, no, no. You're right, it is you. Okay. You're at 2,815. I'm at 3,100. I should probably stop talking that much. I don't talk nearly as much as I used to.
SPEAKER_05Just speak softly and carry a big stick. Well, what else do we need to uh I don't know.
SPEAKER_07You talk a lot of shit from the non-commissioner.
SPEAKER_05Okay, here's what we can talk about. Kyle, now that you know Genty's going, who do you want at one-two?
SPEAKER_07Well, CD's available now.
SPEAKER_05That's true.
SPEAKER_07You positive he's taking Genty? Like you. Why would why would he move? Yeah. That would make no sense.
SPEAKER_05Or he's just or he just picks C D at 1-1.
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_05I guess now.
SPEAKER_07It's it's I think you go with upside.
SPEAKER_05You don't know what Genty's gonna be, but he's highly rated. He's gonna be able to do that.
SPEAKER_07He's gonna do Genty because he feels like it's just just like a Bichon setup.
SPEAKER_04So yeah, nope. Cool. You've got um, just for reference on ADP, you've got Puka St. Brown above Genty. Not that that matters, but those two people are ranked higher on ADP. Those are the only two that probably won't be kept that would be above him.
SPEAKER_07I'd probably still do C D. I don't I I don't I'm not interested in Puka that early, personally.
SPEAKER_05That changes things. Um that's it. Is that all we got? That's all we got. First pot of the year, 51 minutes. Are we going to seriously though? Can are we gonna try to to pod every week? Yeah. Should we just set a we did it last year?
SPEAKER_07We got all the way up until through the championship.
SPEAKER_05Should we just set a time? Can we just do like a certain night at a certain time?
SPEAKER_07Well, we pretty much did do that, didn't we?
SPEAKER_05We we had a pretty good clip for a while. I'm asking Kyle and I can do anything. I'm asking Quincy and Tim, what is what is their availability most often?
SPEAKER_03Well, as someone who is not sitting in front of his calendar at this exact moment, I don't know that I could commit. Yeah. Uh, but you know, my general rule is I'm happy to do it if I'm available to do it. Uh and you know, I think that I think in my opinion, what we did last year that helped me out a lot was we did them kind of later. You know, so it was like it was almost like I mean, we did something like 9 p.m., didn't we? Yeah, like you know, some of those, if we can do it later, then um then a lot of like the afterwork stuff isn't is much of an issue.
SPEAKER_05All right. Well, we'll try to get them out.
SPEAKER_07I think we can do it.
SPEAKER_05Cool. And a reminder the draft is at eleven thirty. Eleven thirty on Saturday, August twenty-third.
SPEAKER_07August twenty third, twenty twenty-five.
SPEAKER_05Be there at B Square.
