Interview with Mavis Stevens-Fiber Artist Extraordinaire

Today's special guest is Mavis Stevens, of Miss Mavis Fun House. Mavis is a folk artist who specializes in Fiber Art and is a true example of "living your dream!". 

Born in Butler, Georgia, her story really starts in Americus, when at the age of 7 her world was changed by a street fair and an interaction with a hippie folk artist, Eddie Martin. At school the next day, all of the kids were talking about him and Mavis wanted to be just like him. She discovered her passion that day.
