Hey, welcome back the North Florida Sports Network. Hey, welcome back. It is the North Florida Sports Network. We're going to pick some college games Week three. There's a lot of good ones, five for the Noles, so we'll pick them all against the spread. We'll start on Thursday's matchup and we'll go through the whole slate. So who you got? I'm looking at Hard Rock just for your information, but it's going to be some good games. We'll find out what the Gators can do as they go to Death Valley. Miami has to play against those Bulls.

Speaker 1:We'll pick them all. What game are you looking forward to most, Jimmy?
Speaker 2:I tell you what I'm looking at that 7.30 on NBC Texas A&M going into South Bend, notre Dame, trying to avoid starting off 0-2.
Speaker 1:Oh yeah, that's going to be a big game. I like the Irish in that one, I do do too, but I think it might be a toughie.
Speaker 2:Also kind of interested in what happens to Virginia Tech.
Speaker 1:Oh yeah.
Speaker 2:Yeah, they got Old Dominion coming in. Old Dominion has the from virginia. Yeah, I mean, virginia tech does not look good, that's always a tough game, or virginia odu's quarterback is leading the country and rushing for quarterbacks Wow. You know 0-3,. I think you might start seeing the old get private Wake Forest is getting 7.5 at home NC State.

Yeah, and those kind of games it's. This is seven and a half, which is god. I'm really testing it there, but I think that with that schedule mean they got to do something and then they did it last year.
Speaker 2:If Flagway is healthy man, they're just inconsistent and this is the game that they'll play hard If he's just shaking off rust. If last week, I mean they could have easily won that game.
Speaker 1:If he just makes some throws, yeah Well, he can't, he just doesn't play like yeah well, he can't, run man Laterally he can't move.

Speaker 2:and then he got the leg injury, you know coming into the summer, Right? So if he's just shaking off rust and he kind of feels his way through it, then yeah man, I think they got a shot. But if he's still just not 100% and trying to tough it out, they're going to get their asses kicked. Because this is the same kind of heat on Brian Kelly that's on Billy Napier. They may not have the same record.
Speaker 1:Go ahead and lose this game. If you're Brian Kelly, I don't think so. I think they're going to win a close one. I just think Florida will keep it close. They'll probably get out to a lead. It'll be interesting to see. They'll probably get out to a lead and then LSU's going to come back and win it.
Speaker 2:Now the defensive lineman that spit on the player for USF. They haven't ruled on whether or not he's going to be suspended for this game. That's their best defensive lineman in the middle. That's another thing We'll see. Like you said, it's not going to get any easier. They've got to go to Coral Gables right after that.

Speaker 1:Okay, and then you have pretty much another practice game. Right, you just want to get through that, and then it's just the big road game of the first half of the season.
Speaker 2:Yeah, conference play. Honestly, I wish that we didn't even have to play Kent State.
Speaker 1:No, I mean. Well, it's on the schedule, man.
Speaker 2:Go ahead and get to it, just another.
Speaker 1:We'll see if they can build on what they did and dominate and just get it to where the counter's ready. You know like they're ready to respond.
Speaker 2:Yeah, it's gonna come friday night in charlottesville probably right that charlottesville that's the biggest you know, because you got to go from week to week it's not all off season getting ready to play Alabama. It's all right. We played Kent State, beat the shit out of them. Now we've got to rebound quick, go on the road and play a team that's oh, I'm sure they're looking at Virginia and they're already having that scouted.

Speaker 2:Would like for both teams to be undefeated so you can watch Kirk.
Speaker 1:Herbstreet. But that I mean you can't say that there's chances Miami could lose it. South Florida, florida State could lose to Virginia.
Speaker 2:Well, they got, you know, they got USF and UF, Then a bye week. I just I don't see them losing either one of those games.
