Football Monday: We break down a wild NFL slate, a sobering FSU stumble, and why Miami week now decides the season
Let me ask you one question.
SPEAKER_00:The note floor is bowl floor to the border floor to the note floor as a bowl network.
SPEAKER_02:You gotta get on the water.
SPEAKER_07:It is just another football Monday. We got a lot to talk about. Baseball's dead. Mets ball be getting a job.
SPEAKER_02:You gotta give us the job!
SPEAKER_07:I don't. I don't have to. You know what? Yeah, they don't have to.
SPEAKER_02:You gotta give us the job! You know what?
SPEAKER_07:No, they don't, man. That's right. Blew it. But that's baseball. We'll talk about that at the end. We're gonna go over the postseason. Here it is. Gotta be October. Ryder Cup. I'll give it a little segment on that. So little bonus material for a football Monday.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, because football.
SPEAKER_07:Yeah, because why do we care? What's the nuts with the daddy? Ah. Aggravating. I don't understand it. NFL crazy.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, it's easily insane. Already.
SPEAKER_07:Philly looks. I mean, they hold on to beat Tampa, they're still undefeated. That's the only thing that looks normal. Baltimore. Wow. Lamar might be hurt. Yeah. Their defense terrible. Real. KD looks like a different team with the weapons. They'll get rice back too, so. Uh-oh. Watch out. For a second there, Buffalo was struggling with the Saints, but they're undefeated. Chargers went down. Chargers lost to the 0-3 Giants. Might have lost the rookie Joe Rollback. Yeah.
SPEAKER_06:Niners stuck. Niners lose to the Jags. Quarter billion dollar investment in the noodle arm. Jucklehead.
SPEAKER_07:Yeah. Legal sign stealing. Yeah, sure. College football. Alabama. They're back. They go into Athens and beat Georgia.
SPEAKER_06:That's all it took. Nobody gives a shit about week one now.
SPEAKER_07:Yep. LSU loses to old man. Brian Kelly offense, man.
SPEAKER_06:Looks terrible. The defense looks really good. Can we call that the Alex Atkins effect? I think we can.
SPEAKER_07:But it is a football Monday. Then they have this 40 to 40 Kiss Sister contest last night. Right. Where they all that, you know, for 40 to 40. Where's the defense for the Packers?
SPEAKER_06:I don't know, man. That was a head scratcher. That's what I'm saying. The NFL is just outside of the Eagles. There's really not a whole lot that's a definite right now. The Rams look good.
SPEAKER_07:No, they should have lost. The Colts receiver, what's his name? Has a touchdown. He drops a damn ball and he's walking in the end zone. Yeah. Like trying to celebrate. Right. And then, and then 47-yard run by Taylor, called back for a wide receiver hold. It had nothing to do with the play. Guess who was the wide receiver holding? Same guy.
SPEAKER_06:Well, there you go.
SPEAKER_07:They still won the game. I think they had the reverse of last week where they snatched the victory out of the jaws of defeat because they should have beat Philly and they didn't. And then they probably there's no way there they should have lost the the Colts, but Colts killed it. Killed themselves.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, I mean, you know, it was still tied and they scored like what 70-something yard touchdown. Guy was wide open.
SPEAKER_07:Oh, yeah, it was a great play, but I mean I versus when you dropped the oh yeah, yeah. Definitely. Definitely. That's ball. That was a good response to get the win. I uh that was did not think they would win and cover. I took the Colts. I mean, they just the Rams have just bad beat me the last two weeks. Take my money.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah.
SPEAKER_07:I mean, I I Nobody did what they were supposed to do yesterday. It was Saints covered. God damn it. Nobody. The Jags? Yeah.
SPEAKER_06:That's what happens. We give them a punt return for a touchdown.
SPEAKER_07:The Jags are now tied for the division league.
SPEAKER_06:Your$250 million quarterback turns it over three times.
SPEAKER_07:Yeah, Jags defense, man. They've had, no, they've had like turnovers and multiple turnovers in all the games. That looks like to be a good one. Whoop de-doo. You're making$55 million a year. Both those quarterbacks looked overpaid for both teams. Because I'll tell you right now, Lawrence ain't it either. No. I think you're right about him, but it's just, yeah, but they're$55 million.
SPEAKER_06:It's too much. No, no pass rush for the 49ers. They can't run the ball like they have.
SPEAKER_07:Baker doesn't make nearly that much, and he's way better.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah.
SPEAKER_07:Well, you know. He came back and tried to give it a shot. Um, but the Eagles had a block punt. Um they're they're just too good, man. They can beat you in a lot of different ways. And they just showed you another way right there, special teams.
SPEAKER_06:I mean you're you're gonna have to knock Jalen Hurts out of the game. Yeah. To have a shot. That that's what I think. I think he may be winning the MVP this year. I I I agree with that.
SPEAKER_07:I think he does whatever it takes. I think he saw it in that game last week where he didn't have it going, but it's like, all right, I'm gonna sling it for 250 and three touchdowns in one half and win the game. But then AJ Brown's mad about it. He's in the AJ Brown business. He's not in the business of Yeah.
SPEAKER_06:Like what you know, you gotta take a page out of DK Metcalf's book. I can't believe I'm saying that. Steelers, they they're three and one.
SPEAKER_07:Big wanna go into the Vikings over. God, Carson Wentz is terrible.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah. They the Vikings are in some trouble, man. Yeah. They got a quarterback problem.
SPEAKER_07:Are they gonna regret giving away Sam Darnold? Not keeping him.
SPEAKER_06:Yep. Indeed, they are.
SPEAKER_07:There's a quarterback problem around the league. I mean, there's just not enough guy. There's no there's only like a few guys that are worth it. You saw Pat Mahomes is. Oh yeah. Because I mean, he there's when he plays boring, it's because he's not gonna risk it. And he has the ability too when he has the weapons. You've seen it time and time again. You give him the weapons, look at him again. He need four touchdowns.
SPEAKER_06:But like you said, dude, the the Ravens defense is just awful.
SPEAKER_07:Right. Cowboys defense is awful.
SPEAKER_06:Awful.
SPEAKER_07:But I we thought the Packers defense was good. And they will, you know, they are. They will be. Jack's better than I I give him credit for. I'll give him that much. He's still not worth he's still not worth that money. No. He's not worth that money.
SPEAKER_06:It's nothing he did. I mean, George Pickens made some incredible catches.
SPEAKER_07:Right. I'm I'm just he's okay. I mean, he now that he he got in shape so he could run better. I thought that was smart. When he can add that element. A nice draw, quarterback draw he had.
SPEAKER_06:Tom Brady's Raiders dropped a one and three.
SPEAKER_07:That was nice to see. Yeah. The Bears, all that. They're two and two. One of my only games I got. I got a few. Patriots blew out the Panthers.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah.
SPEAKER_07:Lions blew out the Browns. So you got yourself a little AFC East battle coming up next week. I think the Bills better. You ready? Yeah. It's not the same Patriots as it's been in the last few years.
SPEAKER_06:Bills' defensive line is not great. So right. We'll see. Lions look good. Eagles are the Eagles.
SPEAKER_07:AFC. I mean, after week one, everybody, you know, the Green Bay now. Look at Green Bay. And now a tie. Yeah. A tie to the and the play the Browns and the Cowboys that go 0-1-1.
SPEAKER_06:That's yeah. I mean, it's better than losing, I guess, but not really.
SPEAKER_07:Well, no, I mean, you gotta get a I thought the Cowboys were gonna the defense, wow. I mean, and they didn't have CeeDee Lamb either.
SPEAKER_06:Oh man.
SPEAKER_07:Oh man.
SPEAKER_06:Yes, we were avoiding talking about college football. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Why could that be? Stupid, stupid sport, man. Somebody watches that shit.
SPEAKER_02:You gotta give us a shot. You know what?
SPEAKER_06:Giving you no shot winning this weekend.
SPEAKER_07:Zero. Florida State drops to number 18. Miami drops one spot to number two. I mean number three, I'm sorry, from number two.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, it's the bye week. Game day will be in Tuscaloosa. You know what? They were never coming to well because No, I don't give a shit. If we're undefeated, it doesn't matter. I think they would have came. Alabama went in and beat Georgia, and we somehow, you know, even if we beat Virginia, they're going to Tuscaloosa. Okay, whatever. They don't want to come here.
SPEAKER_07:They didn't, but they would have if we were undefeated. They don't want to come here. It didn't matter because they lost. So they gave them an ex a reason. We gave them an out. Yep.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, it does like you got. They'll fly Herb Street in there on his little private jet so he can sneak into the press box and do the game. Squeak his little cowardly ass out here.
SPEAKER_07:It was a frustrating loss. Um we'll see how bad of a loss that will be. Um like you were telling me, Mike Norvell doesn't lose one or one offs.
SPEAKER_06:No, he loses in clusters.
SPEAKER_07:And that's not a good sign. Um I think even in was it 2022 where they had 10 and 3?
SPEAKER_06:It was lost three in a row.
SPEAKER_07:Three in a row. So is this the beginning of where you have to play Miami next? Which is a definitely capable. They're definitely five and a half point favorites on the road.
SPEAKER_06:Man, I mean I would I would hammer that line, dude. Well, uh if I was a Batman, I'd that's less than a touchdown.
SPEAKER_07:Well, I think it's because it's because they saw what they did, Florida State could do. And I think that's what you have to come back to. I think still two and ten, and uh, this team with the way they played, they weren't they're not as good as that overall, week to week. You can't rely on that, on what in Alabama, that game. That was that that was the high end. That was about as good as it gets. I think Miami is better than Alabama. Right. I'm just saying though. Well, maybe they can come with the one touchdown and only lose by that. That'd be better than Alabama. It it's possible they beat Miami.
SPEAKER_06:It's it is. Yeah, I guess. I mean, yeah, anything's possible, man. There's no impossibilities in it. You know, somebody could just die. It would have been uh Miami's.
SPEAKER_07:Yeah. To me, in this game. It has I think this game's gonna be just as tough for Miami, regardless of what happened as a result, if anything, and I know Justin will agree with me. He's probably more pissed that FSU lost. As he thinks now it'll give they're just in a in what would be a close game anyway, would give extra motivation or what whatnot. And we'll see. Miami hasn't been on the road yet, so that's what you're gonna have to hope for. But I know where you're coming from is like it's offensive. You had three starters out with Virginia's offensive line, and they still just did whatever they want. This is the best offensive line in the country. So what are you gonna do? How the hell are you gonna stop them?
SPEAKER_01:Yeah.
SPEAKER_07:Well, you have to stop them with your offense. You have to just score every freaking time and control the ball and hope to get the same type of maybe because you had turnovers last week and you can't turn the ball over. And because if you get the turnovers against Virginia and you don't turn it over, you win.
SPEAKER_06:Yep.
SPEAKER_07:And you know, you can't have drive down the field and have the I mean, he tipped it right to himself, but then just a pick right there in that situation, just like and they go down and score. The defense, boom, let him let them go right down. So it's 14 to nothing. Right? You're gonna need stuff like that to happen to you if you're FSU. Like you need to get you need to have a play like that with Carson Beck. Like you're gonna have to go out there and get a pass tip, get a pick, you know, get up big on him. Because if not if none of that happens and everybody comes out and plays the best they can do, I mean, I I I think Florida State.
SPEAKER_06:It's a clean game on both sides.
SPEAKER_07:You're not gonna Miami's gonna overpower. And what we'll what we'll find out is how good Florida State's offense is because they still only punted the ball once and they had some self-inflicted wounds. Right. They still look explosive.
SPEAKER_06:Well, Miami's strength on defense is rushing the passer and and stopping the run.
SPEAKER_07:So we'll yeah.
SPEAKER_06:If you can protect Castellanos and he can actually get the ball downfield accurately. Yeah. Or or if you if you can actually run on him, we'll see. You know, because that's been Florida State's strength is running the ball. You're gonna have to run the ball. Yeah. So it it You can't not run the ball. The difference like with four drives of 10 plus yards or 10 plays, 70 plus yards for touchdowns out of Virginia.
SPEAKER_07:Right. So you have to expect if you're gonna you're probably gonna see that. Right. You still have but um, I'm saying you have to protect the ball and be more efficient and have big plays on offense. Yeah, because you gotta score easy touchdowns on on just just mixing confusing Miami. Yeah, big plays. You have to keep the ball out of their hands, let make them have to do that, those long drives, and hopefully you can get a tip pass. Yep. And hopefully you can get those picks that you got against Virginia. You know, and you're at home now, so get some confusion. Maybe you can line up in the correct right position. No more excuses on that. So I they they I saw it. They did it against better. They had better Alabama had better players on both sides of the ball. And they they still do, but Florida State beat them. Yeah. So we're gonna need Florida State's gonna need the crowd, they're gonna need the coaches, they're gonna need the players to be focused. And they're gonna need to wrap the hell up, man. You're gonna need a little bit of luck as well. Which is why right. I think Virginia, it's fair to say Virginia got a little bit of that. Yeah. And that's what they needed. They were about the same, they were six and a half, we're five and a half. Yeah. It was an upset, and that's gonna be an upset if Florida State wins, but it's definitely possible.
SPEAKER_06:Though unlikely.
SPEAKER_02:You gotta give us a shot. You know what?
SPEAKER_06:Give you about a nine and a half percent chance. Well, I knew that was coming.
SPEAKER_07:Well, I mean But the bigger issue here is the rest of the season. Well, we'll get there when that happens, but this week's Miami Week. Yeah. Miami week, it's the biggest game. I I think you lost the must-win factor, I think. Now, if I mean it obviously, if you want any kind of postseason aspirations, and this is what they want. And and and don't get it twisted. That's what they wanted, that's what they expected, especially after a week one win. This is a must-win. If you lose this game, you're out of the playoff. I know that's obvious too. Then we can talk about what Jim wants to talk about as reality and what what really is gonna happen and the six-win dream and all that stuff.
SPEAKER_06:You know, I I get it, dude. Notre Dame lost in northern Illinois, shit like that.
SPEAKER_07:Well, they lost Notre Dame's also 0-2, and I think they're gonna make the damn playoff because you saw what they did at Arkansas. I mean, you lose it's all about it's also how you play. And they did lose to Miami, but they were in the game, and that the ability to have that kind of game is out the window, is what I'm saying. Well, the fact that both of their losses. You lost to Virginia, so now this game is a you have to be desperate. Both of their losses were the top ten teams, so right. And this would, if you lose to Miami, what bad is what by losing to Virginia, you took away what could benefit you what would have been a hard-fought loss to Miami. So you put a lot uh and you put a lot of pressure now on the Miami game. The one if you pull off the upset, which is possible, I would rather have it that way. Which is but you know, you gotta get a lot of stuff fixed.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, obviously, if you did that, nobody gives a shit anymore about Virginia until you lose it does. The record does, and Virginia beats you. If your Virginia's your only loss and you're 11 and one. You're going. Yeah. But that's a big if. Right. It's more about what that game against Virginia was indicative of. The way that you broke down.
SPEAKER_07:Well, we don't have the team. Yeah. That's and this team has a high the ceilings, I think they can beat on at home or night or a game. Things go right, they can beat a lot of teams. But they can also get beat on the road by a lot of teams. Right. And so that's what you're gonna get. And you're gonna have to hope that they can be. It's not gonna be a title. This isn't a title contending team.
SPEAKER_06:No. That's what I'm saying. Like get it out, get it out of your minds. If it was, you would have gone up to Charlottesville and one-handedly.
SPEAKER_07:Right. Which I think they could have done. They just made mistakes. And I like the way that they didn't give up. There's some positives I saw. I know that there's obvious the obvious negatives.
SPEAKER_06:Um, but things that were concerning. Yeah. No pass rush from the defensive line. Yeah, that's really concerning. Linebackers having no clue how to stop slow mesh. And that was really not good to see. Quarterback letting him run. Yeah, that comes down to the mesh, man. Like it comes down to having dudes on defense. Right. You went out and got dudes on offense. You got a few young guys on defense that look like they're gonna be good, but you just don't have the talent at some spots that you need to.
SPEAKER_07:Yep. And it'll be uh an upset Miami coming off a bye week this will be their first road game, though. Um so they'll they'll see adversity. But they're not this will be a we'll see what how good that Miami defense is, and we'll see how good that Florida State offense is. That's a key matchup for me. Um because that's where Florida State's gonna have any shot, they're gonna have to score. Because physically, I don't see Florida State being able to hold Miami back.
SPEAKER_06:No, it's a bad matchup.
SPEAKER_07:Even, you know, so like at best, you contain them maybe, and you give yourself a shot by scoring every freaking time. And hopefully you get the ball last, hopefully you can get a tip pass, special teams play. You gotta hope to do it. Offense has to come out. Offense has to come out, be lights out for FSU. Yep. No mistakes. Uh they have to. If Miami's gonna stop the run, they're gonna have to throw it. And make them pay with huge plays to open up the run, the lanes. Yeah. That's that's gonna be what my what Florida has to do.
SPEAKER_06:I think Tommy's gonna have to run his ass off in this game.
SPEAKER_07:Yeah. Yeah. This is on you put a lot of pressure on yourself for this game. When by losing the Virginia game, if you lose this game, you're 0-2 in the ACC.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah.
SPEAKER_07:And you gotta whole eligibility is all of a sudden what you're fighting for.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, you gotta recalibrate in that locker room.
SPEAKER_07:I picked eight and four for the year.
SPEAKER_06:We want to see how the players react. I mean, this You can't let losing to Miami turn into a loss to Pitt. Right. More losses down the season. Like, you know, you still gotta go on the road to Death Valley. You still gotta go to Raleigh, you still gotta go to Gainesville.
SPEAKER_07:Yeah, I'm I I've lost there's a lot of you gotta be able to win the rest of your home games. It's his defense.
SPEAKER_06:No matter what happens in this Miami game.
SPEAKER_07:He's not gonna be able to travel anywhere based on what we saw. So you have to win this my this Miami game.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah. Or every other home game you play, and then find a way to win at Stanford. There you go. There's your seven wins.
SPEAKER_07:I don't think they're as bad.
SPEAKER_06:You've exceeded my expectations.
SPEAKER_07:They're not as bad as they showed. I don't think they're as bad as they showed against Virginia. I don't think they're as good as they showed against Alabama. I think they're somewhere in between.
SPEAKER_06:I think a lot is being made. Of Alabama just because they beat Georgia. Georgia's not that good. Right. This is a Georgia team that scored 28 points against Austin P. I I don't care if, oh, you're just doing basic stuff. I don't I don't care, dude. That's an FCS team. Right. Like well, that's what everyone, that's what you don't get that. When you have an entire network of propaganda telling everybody this team's great because we ranked them number five, and look at the atmosphere here, and Kirby Smart and blah, blah, blah. Like, okay, great. To me, my takeaway is you know what? They're lucky to be Florida State's better than Georgia.
SPEAKER_07:Well, Georgia should have had two losses.
SPEAKER_06:They should have lost Tennessee. Right. Tennessee escaped against Mississippi State. Maybe the SEC just isn't as good. Which what I what I told you.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah.
SPEAKER_07:It's not. It's wide open. Alabama's probably going to end up winning it.
SPEAKER_06:I'll tell you who looks really good. Oregon. They look good. Going to a place like Penn State. On a wideout and getting the win. To be able to come back in overtime and still, yeah, Ohio State is just efficient. They got good, better players and haven't faced a good offense. Right. Well, Washington can do Washington's not bad. Like you're sitting here, like that's what that's what I'm saying with the SEC shit. Like Washington's undefeated. With the ACC stuff.
SPEAKER_07:Look what Florida State did to Alabama, look what Virginia did to Florida State. I think the SEC is overrated.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah.
SPEAKER_07:There's just money in the SEC. There's network ties to it, so they have to.
SPEAKER_06:They own the network. The network owns the conference. Yeah, they own the SEO. Essentially. They have blood money and at stake for the SEC continuing to be the top dog. That's it.
SPEAKER_07:Yeah. And now you can play pay the players, so Arkansas fired Sam Pittman.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah. They've hired, well, Bobby Petrino's gonna be gotta give us a shot.
SPEAKER_02:You know what?
SPEAKER_06:He looks like the favorite to uh become the next head coach, too.
SPEAKER_07:Oh great.
SPEAKER_06:I don't know, man. Jerry Jones wants Lashley at SMU. He's putting his money behind him. Big time Lashley fan. Oh, really? Yeah.
SPEAKER_07:We'll see. I don't care.
SPEAKER_06:Coaching dominoes. You gotta somehow maybe Norvell goes back to Texas.
SPEAKER_07:You gotta re re- rally the troops, man. Takes that SMU job. I think that was a tough loss, but like you said, if you can pull this upset off I didn't say that. I I know you're I know, but if you pull this game out, I think you're back into good graces. Now I'm not saying I mean people probably think, oh, this team will go back to the playoff thing. There should be back into consideration with a win over Miami, but you just then we'll regardless of what happens in that game, you have to win the games you're supposed to win. You're supposed to win Alabama and you won.
SPEAKER_06:You're supposed to beat Virginia and you lost. We expect it to be two and one going up to Charlotte's though.
SPEAKER_07:So it's almost how it happened if you looked at it. If you if you looked at it blindly, you'd be like, oh, I'll take three and one going into this game all day.
unknown:Yes.
SPEAKER_07:And then if you look at how it happens, you're like, no. Right. Hell no.
SPEAKER_06:Because you lost the conference game.
SPEAKER_07:Because you would rather lose Alabama and then get get it right, and it's just it was for it was a big loss, but I mean it doesn't define your season. This season's about showing improvement over the over the season, showing fight throughout the season. Like if you can see if you can get the players not to give up.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, I mean, you've already won more games than you did last year.
SPEAKER_07:So I want to see I want to see if the offense can stay really good. I want to see if the defense can make corrections and play better against an outmatched team and give them everything they have.
SPEAKER_06:I want to I just don't want to see Jane Williams on the field anymore.
SPEAKER_07:I don't want to see Miami have have to make it don't make it easy for him.
SPEAKER_06:Keep number 10 on the sidelines. At least for this game. Guy that's useless against the run, run heavy team.
SPEAKER_07:Squirrel's alright. I mean, I've never seen a field rush. That looked like a bat like old basketball ones.
SPEAKER_06:Bullshit, man.
SPEAKER_07:What if there's a penalty on the end of that play?
SPEAKER_06:You ain't gonna throw a penalty.
SPEAKER_07:Wellder cup. Took place in Bath Age, Black in New York. In Europe. When's it? On homesword. On a way soon. They were up 11 and a half to four and a half. But the US made it interesting and almost pulled off what would have been the biggest comeback in writer cup history. But it was not to be as Shane Lowry. And what probably a childhood dream. What I liked about it, I mean I was rooting for America, but when I'm watching it Friday and I watched it Saturday, it seems American had no shell because golf is all about yourself, right? It's not a team sport, and it's even more divided than ever, it's all about tour division. And Europe has this one common belief. They're gonna win the game of America together. And then but that team together dominized them. And you can see it in the team competitions, they dominated the team competitions. I mean damn US only lost one simple match. Once it couldn't win the cup. It was it was it was good for the Bradley they should fight. It was good to see for King Bradley that they went out to win. It was good for The event and the fans that that partook in it to show the fight. I think it it matters how you lose. No one wants to get embarrassed. And F it and uh sorry. The U.S. Ryder Cup team did not get embarrassed by their valiant comeback uh yesterday, so hats off for them for the comeback. Hats off to Europe for winning the cup on foreign soil. Um that's why it's the Ryder Cup, that's why I like it. Because it's not like the other events, it's more of a drunken atmosphere, you're gonna be yelling and stuff. But Shane Lowry, man, with the dream of his got to make the clinching putt. I mean, that was pretty cool in a sense of that there's nothing more in the world that guy had ever dreamt about, and he actually had the chance to do it and he did it. So that was pretty exciting to see.
SPEAKER_06:Kind of makes you sad for the rest of his life.
SPEAKER_07:I mean, well, yeah, had a beer, Irish beer after that, right after that, and that was it. I mean, like, that's it. He's won the British Open in his home country, but it you could tell he was just I mean, it was kind of cool to see someone. It's all downhill from here. And he's gonna probably get on a drug addiction. Condolences, Shane. Also, baseball. Uh baseball is over. The Mets. Oh, the Mets. Oh man. God, I love it. I just want to play that clip of Terry Collins.
SPEAKER_06:And now you're fumbling around.
SPEAKER_04:Okay, the situation of what happened, and everything else got the everybody knows. Everybody knows what the situation is.
SPEAKER_05:You gotta give us a shot. You know what? You gotta give us a shot. Listen to me and let me hear what I'm saying, okay? You get yourself right here in the situation.
SPEAKER_01:Why do you know the situation? That makes it worse. Terry, that makes it fucking worse. I know it!
SPEAKER_03:But MLB did nothing to that guy. Nothing! Okay, that that I can't control that, Terry. I can't control that. You know as well as I do where I Terry, you know where I stand on the whole fucking situation. But that's but that's better than that, Carrie. RS is in the jackpot now. Okay? Okay, that's what I'm just telling you. You know what? You got everything out?
SPEAKER_07:You got everything out, yeah? Everything out. Alright, yeah, yeah, yeah. Alright. Well, you know, you gotta give us a shot! You the one who You know what? No. Uh the Mets are out.
