Show Notes

In 2015, Claire had an eye-opening experience in the wage gap not only between women and men, but specifically the latina community. She realized there was a need to teach women how to negotiate their pay, advocate for themselves, and push for equal pay.

This all started with a monthly slack group of 100 women which is now a group of women that is over 75k with women all around the world!

In this episode, Claire dives into the misconception that many women think "I'm not worthy," when in fact, they are more than worthy. There is a mindset block with their own self-worth. That is where the work starts. You must believe in yourself that you deserve it before you can convince other people of the same truth.

Listen in for a deep dive into the wage gap and why it is such a complex problem beyond a difference in pay for the same position.
