Jen and Rita welcome Maria MastroDiCasa, author of "You'll Never" which is a book about self-advocacy and how you can control your destiny. She describes her journey onto Wall Street and realizing she was going to struggle in this male-dominated arena. She was told she could never be a broker in this world (especially as a person struggling with dislexia) and she refused to accept that.
Instead, she asked for help by finding a tutor and by age 26 was the number one broker in her department.
