Today we will dive into the FIRST of 7 types of rest: Physical rest. And not physical rest does NOT mean sleep! BUT, they are designed to work together to ensure every part of you has a way to regenerate and be restored.

- The passive and active forms of physical rest.
- How to listen to your body and learn what it is trying to tell you.
- How to identity the signs you might be suffering from physical rest deficit and what we can do to change it.
- We will also dive into the book "Sacred Rest" written by Dr. Sandra Dalton-Smith.
