#18 Three ways I’m focusing on connecting more with my kids this year
When we think about the goals we want to achieve in a year, it's easy to get overwhelmed with so many different things: books we want to read, places we want to go, personal projects, habits... Instead, I like to imagine first what I would like to FEEL at the end of a year; then it's easy to put my intentions towards that in order.
In this episode, I share with you the three main things I want to focus on in 2024 in order to work on connecting with my kids and to keep building a strong and healthy relationship with them.
This is part of a masterclass I held at the end of last year and that I will be doing again on the 11th of March this year. If you want to register, please visit the link below - it is free and it will be recorded in case you can't make it.
