In this episode we interviewed Sabatino Cimato, the Superintendent of the KenTon Union Free School District. Tino and his team shared information on their Teacher Mentoring Program, their Staff Development Center and the good work of the Family Support Center. These programs and supports are personalized for faculty, staff, students and families all leading to positive growth and positive mindsets.
