Claudia Barber is a Peabody Preparatory Institute of Music graduate and former radio talk show host of You Can Speak Out of WBGR Radio in Baltimore aired from 1983-1998. She currently co-hosts You Be the Judge with Dr. Paul Dyer and Marylin Pierre out of Montgomery County, Maryland. Claudia Barber is also a practicing attorney of 34 years and former DC administrative law judge of Washington, DC.
