EP 43 What Do You Bring To the Table?
It is an important question that you should know the answer to. Whether you are interviewing for a job or by someone. When interviewing it’s important to know what values and strength you have to offer a company? How will you respond to the question “what should I know about you?” when on a date? When speaking with your future partner or spouse know your worth. And find out there values too.
I encourage you to make a list of your values, traits and strengths. This exercise will promote a positive mindset for you and others that you encounter.
It will also boost your self worth.
Grab a sheet of paper and write words that speak to you on the left. Consider reviewing those words by saying each word out loud. Then to the right of each word write a few words that connects the word with you.
Keep that sheet of paper close and present. Mine is stored on my desk behind my focus wheel. When I feel down or worthless, I reference my “what I bring to the table” sheet.
You are valuable.
You are worthy.
You deserve the best.
You are full of strengths.
You have so much to offer.
You got this!
