Maria, known as the Lawtina, shares her journey of overcoming the guilt that is associated with charging higher prices. She also shares how she changed her view of money and now aims to empower Latinas to charge their value and have thriving businesses.

Maria Delgado is a self-made Lawtina millionaire, and a Latina Business and Sales Coach. In 2020, she made the courageous decision to leave her toxic associate position and launch her own immigration practice. In less than 3 years,  she was able to generate over 7 figures, even when people warned her that she would not make a profit in the first five years. 
Maria uses her knowledge and skills to help other Latinas achieve the same level of success and financial freedom in their law firm. She became a Coach for Lawtinas because she believes they deserve to enjoy the fruits of their labor and sacrifice, and because our communities deserve it.

Lawtinas make less than 2% of the legal profession, and less than 2% of female-owned businesses earn 7 figures. Maria is on a mission to change those figures. Through her foundation (ELISA Foundation), which awards scholarships to Latinas who want to pursue law, and through her coaching program she hopes to help other Lawtinas make 7 figures in their law practice!
