New Leaders in the District

In this episode Dr. Kephart talks with Mr. Hinrichs, Mrs. Wilmes, and Mrs. Secor about their new leadership roles in the district. Join us as Mrs. Secor talks about her transition into principal of South Point Elementary, her primary goals for the academic school year and how she plans to support students, staff, and parents achieve these goals. Mrs. Wilmes goes in depth about her first impressions of the community and district as a whole and how she plans to support and enhance academic achievement in the school. Mr. Hinrichs talks about his transition from teacher to assistant principal at WMS and the strategies he is using to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
