Hello, it's me, the MNI, the K, the E, the Y, the T that's the abbreviation for the city called Dayton, and I'm sending you good sensations and vibrations. And remember, I'm just saying I want to talk to you from the subject today. Opportunity did and does not, opportunity did and does not. I remember my grandfather would always work from eight to faint in the heat and the difficult conditions. He would go out there growing things in the garden, catching it out of the lake or shooting it in the woods. He wore overalls, white t-shirt and blue overalls and his work boots or whatever shoes he would be wearing. And one of the greatest sayings I've heard before, I've heard him that he had said it's not that opportunity doesn't knock or, but that it doesn't always knock hard. So you have to listen a little harder. I'm paraphrasing what he had said. But then there was also another statement, another thing that I heard that was very profound as well and also a lesson within. The lesson is going to be good old fashioned grit, good old fashioned grit. And again back to what I was saying about him wearing his overalls. I've heard it said about opportunity that it's not that opportunity, does it not? It's just that it's often dressed up in overalls and disguised as work. So I thought about that and I said hey, good, old fashioned grit.

I've heard that grit is an acronym for grind relentlessly in turmoil. Grind, relentlessly in turmoil. So think about whatever you're doing, think about the opportunities that have come. But you may not have been ready. We know that old adage I love to say is stay ready, so you don't have to get ready. Work while you wait, because that opportunity is going to come, and it's going to come no matter what whether you are ready for it or not. You're not always going to look your best, feel your best, but here it comes. Well, you've once again come into the land of Mike believe, a place that makes Emerald City look like a pile of green rocks.
