I lived lonely suicidal childhood, subject to bullying, racism, and body shaming. This upbringing drove me to do anything I could to become a better man, even at the cost of my health. If there was anything I’d wish I had then, it would be a community, a friend, and to see that I am not alone. If there were anything I’d wish I had known then, it would be that true happiness comes not from the validation of others, but from the validation of self. This podcast isn’t intended to promote the use of substances such as PED’s but a podcast to open up with guests about our experiences, and in all aspects, to see that we aren’t alone. We’re in this rollercoaster of life together.
