Welcome Back to Glow From The Inside Out. I am so happy you are here. In this episode I am talking about how I have been reflecting on the year, where I have soared, struggled, what I have learnt, what I need to leave behind, all the wins and what I am most proud of.
Setting clear intensions for the year ahead, making a new vision board for all your goals and dreams, meditating and visualising, EFT tapping, releasing and so much more. Next year is going to be a year of growing wealth, taking more risks and getting myself out there on a whole new level. Its definitely a year of transformation and magnetism. I want to bring so much magic into the new year.
Ask yourself key questions, reflect on the year and see what comes up. What do you truly want for the next year and how can you get there for your best year yet.
