Setting Clear Goals and Intentions

Welcome back to Glow From The Inside Out. I am so happy you are here. Happy new year and here is to an amazing 2024. Have you set your goals for the year? Have you looked back at 2023 to see what worked and what didn't? What you want to leave behind and what you want to bring into 2024? Have you worked out your why? What drives you?

In this week's episode I chat about my reflections, my intentions, my goals and my why for 2024. What I am leaving behind and what I want more of. What season of life I am currently in and how I want to grow my business. The key was health, business and travel but to also be more creative, have more connections and create magic.

Over the next few days look back at your 2023, ask yourself the key questions, think about your hearts desires and how you are going to get there.
