Priming Your Mind For The Best Day

Welcome Back to Glow From The Inside Out. I am so happy you are here. Are you waking up in the morning with your head spinning? In a negative minsdet? Well of this is you then you are in the right place.

In this week's episode I dive into my experience with doing the Tony Robbins priming exercise to set me up for the day. As well as listening to subliminals and my best Vicky from The Manifestation Collective voice notes. The priming exercise is 10 minutes and so easy to slot into your morning before you start your day. Its made me feel happier, lighter and feel more like me.

I literally have had the best bloody week and I can't wait to share all the good news with you in time. How you start your day has such a massive impact on how the rest of your day goes. Focusing on the amazingness around you no matter hoe small it is.
