When you realise life is happening for you and not to you

Welcome back to glow from the inside out. I am so happy you are here. Its taken me a long time to realise and accept that life is always happening for us. If you are in a spiral of things going wrong and you keep telling yourself "typical this always happens to me" or "why does this keep happening to me" well then it will keep happening. If you are in that state of mind right now well you are in the right place.

In this week's episode I deep dive into how when you are in a low season or things happen to you and at the time you don't understand why shit keeps happening. There is a reason and a lesson to be learnt from it. How quickly can you pick yourself up, pivot, change things up. Trying something different and realising that what you were doing at the time needed to change. I started the first 4 months of 2024 in such a mental spiral but I learnt so many lessons.

I have created non negotiable routines to get me into high vibe, surrounded myself with incredible people and have built trust in myself and the universe. it may all sound a bit woo woo but my life has changed so much for the better.
