This Is What Happens When You Write It Down and Do the Work

Welcome back to Glow From The Inside Out. I am so happy you are here. This week I am sharing about my manifestation box I created ages ago after doing the "Positively Wealthy"book by Emma Mumford. I filled with cryslatsl, goals, my dreams, and big scary visions  and guess what? 

So many of them have come true. 

But not because I just wrote it down and hoped.
Because I did the inner work.
Because I kept showing up — even when it was messy, even when I didn’t feel ready. Pushing past all those barriers, anxiety and uncomfortable moments. Because my dreams meant more to me than the fear.

From standing on stages with confidence (when I used to freak out at the thought)…
To building a skincare brand that’s now award-winning and community-loved…
To launching this podcast, hosting beautiful events, travelling, creating, and living with freedom.

This episode is a reminder that your dreams aren’t crazy — they’re calling you.
And when you mix clarity with aligned action and a whole lot of inner work?
That’s when the magic kicks in. Remember celebrate yourself and focus on gratitude to raise those vibrations.
