Welcome back to Glo From The Inside Out. I am so happy you are here and I am so happy to be back after a break ready for season 2. I am so excited for this next season of the Glo Mentor era ready to help you glow from the inside out. 

In this week's episode I chat about taking time out, really taking a break from the podcast, working on my health and just being in the present moment. Burnout has been real and every so often it creeps in. The break was needed to really get focused and to really step into the best version of myself. Its OK to take time for yourself, breath and stop hustling. 

Find those moments of magic in every day taking time for yourself, take moments of rest in the week. Plan out time each month for some rest. Take a Sunday to rest and reset. But take time to rest and realy refuel your energy. 

Putting in rituals to calm your nervous energy, switching off from social media and work. Saying no to things, setting boundaries and putting in processes to truly help life a better life.
