I Totally Forgot How To Breath
Welcome back to Glo From The Inside Out. I am so happy you are hear. Struggling with fight or flight? Is your breathing all over the place? Is burnout creeping in? Well if this is you then you are in the right place.
In this week's solo episode I talk about how I literally forgot how to breath. I wasn't taking proper breaths, my breathing was totally out of alignment and it was causing me a lot of stress. Its the most basic of things but its something that a lot of us do when we are overwhelmed.
Self care starts with going back to basics and really looking after yourself through breath work and taking the time to properly breath. To come back to the present, to put yourself first, to take moments in the day for yourself to calm the nervous system.
Remember we need to breath to live.
