In this re-broadcast, I, Aminata, Desert Rose Plant Walker Fire Woman tell you why you should create a vision board.
Short answer? Vision boarding works!
For example, I created a vision board that was centered on the theme of Luxury and Nature. I had lots of pics of glamping and beautiful fabrics, carved wooden items, and lots of people of different ethnicities and genders laughing and touching and loving each other. I even included gold with an arrow implying price increase! Well, looking at this vision board today, I realize I’ve manifested much of what was on there:
Find out:
One more thing...
Now is the time to create your vision board. Between now and the full moon in Libra is an auspicious wonderful energy for planting new seeds and stretching beyond what is “realistic” to create something fabulous.
To help you do that–
I’m dropping a recorded Master Class called Vision Board Party with your Future Self.
Here's the bottom line:
like you're not doing enough
tight and worried about finances
selfish if you invest in yourself--first
In the Vision Board Party with your Future Self, you compost and weed all of those worries BEFORE you create your board.
In this two-hour master class you learn a 5 Step Process to create a powerful vision board that merges you with your Future Self who is confident, abundant and overflowing with self-love.
It's a party because you will integrate music and other feel-good activities into your vision board process.

Greetings, beautiful souls. As we embark on the fourth season of the Mother Tree Network, it seems auspicious that our first episode coincides with a day of love—Valentine's Day—and the birthday of a renowned figure of love and freedom, Mr. Frederick Douglass. This season begins with a commitment to centering love consciousness in 2025—a year where decisions and actions are rooted in love, even amidst the chaotic events swirling around us.
**The Power of Love Consciousness:**
In a world where executive orders and political tensions weigh heavily, it's crucial to ground ourselves in love consciousness. This practice isn't just a sanctuary for our spirits; it acts as fuel for the actions we take in this world. Sometimes, as I experienced recently with emotional responses to political decisions, we need to break down before we can rebuild with love.
**A Conversation with Lip Bone Redding:**
Who better to accompany us on this journey than Lip Bone Redding? This idiosyncratic and spiritually harmonious musician from North Carolina embodies what it means to live with love. His presence is a testimony to divine masculinity expressed gently through music.
In our heartfelt dialogue, Lip Bone and I explored critical societal questions, thoughts on forgiveness, and the depth hidden in simple-sounding songs. Lip Bone's talents don't stop at singing; he's a storyteller who invites his audience into his narrative with songs like "How Does It Get Any Better Than This?"
This particular song, in its deceptively simple charm, pricks at the heart and invites reflection on our outlook—whether we're faced with joy or adversity. The essence of this question, derived from a friend's encouragement in times of self-reflection, illustrates how sometimes the simplest phrases open us to possibilities and teach us about the significant details in life.
**Embracing Forgiveness:**
A significant part of our conversation revolved around personal growth and forgiveness. The difficulty many face in forgiving themselves stems from not wanting to attach to past misactions. Lip Bone illuminated his thoughts on how revisiting every detail of past actions, even if painful, helps reclaim parts of our energy tied to those moments.
For Lip Bone, forgiveness is about presence – acknowledging every detail not to dwell but to release. Forgiveness often pairs with acceptance and compassion for our journeys and others', as both are nurturing facets of love.
**Songwriting and the Antenna of Artistry:**
Lip Bone shared his creative process as a musician, listening to the muse that guides his artistic expression. His belief in the power and responsibility of sharing through art reflects a natural state of being that gently disrupts and inspires. Art is a leading force, reshaping our perceptions and guiding us towards more profound questions and truths.
**Creating Spaces of Okayness:**
Living at a spiritual retreat center, Lip Bone has embraced the power of creating spaces that allow individuals to just ‘be.’ His work, especially through music and meditations shared on his YouTube channel "Infinite Okayness," extends the invitation

Aminata reflects on the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., emphasizing 'justice without judgment,' a concept introduced to her by Gary Zukav. Sharing a personal experience from 2016-2017 while canvassing for a Democratic candidate in a Republican town, Aminata highlights the dangers of a judgmental attitude. The script explores the importance of love as the foundation for justice, urging a shift from labels and blame to understanding and connection. Aminata advocates for actions rooted in love, aiming to redeem the soul of America, a principle she attributes to Dr. King's vision.

Josea warns listeners about the Hidden Dangers of Unprocessed Grief and how it can harm families and cause war and genocide.
Grief can feel like a hurricane; be sure to get support from a community or a therapist.
Grief expert Josea Crossley tells us healthy grief is all about letting energy move!
You can move energy by dancing, laughing, yoga, and crying.
The key is to feel a little at a time, as you go AND to join safe and consensual spaces with others who can hold you while you grieve.
Emoting all over the place can harm others (such as children).
Find out what to do with Big Feelings!
Unexpressed grief is dangerous!
It can destroy families and undermine your dreams.
The energy it takes to suppress grief, is energy that you don’t have to give to your children or grow your business.
It can show up as resentment, unworthiness, or feeling scattered.

In this intimate conversation, Anna Gatmon and I delve into the trauma experienced by nations, specifically Israel and Gaza, and how individuals like you and me can use to subtle activism to shift global consciousness towards peace and wholeness.
Subtle activism is all about using meditation, prayer, and focused intention to tap into the collective consciousness for guidance and then taking inspired action. It's a way of making a difference on a deeper, non-physical level.
Our conversation revolves around three questions:
1. How do we tap into our highest selves when we're facing collective trauma, like the conflicts between Israel and Gaza?
2. What is the Gaian Experiment and how can we use our free will to foster wholeness amidst suffering and separation?
3. How can we apply subtle activism to big issues like the Middle East conflict, and how
does it help in healing and transformation?
Anna’s Bio:
A former fashion model, Anna Gatmon, PhD, describes herself as a catalyst of transformation and spiritual guide. An engaging speaker with a unique life story, Anna has spent the last two decades on an inner quest into the workings of our world, the nature of reality, the significance of living through the current turbulent times, and the nature of suffering and transformation.

I can’t wait for you to hear this two-part conversation with former super model and modern day mystic, Dr. Anna Gatmon.
In part one we discuss Anna’s journey as an ugly duckling with a learning disability and painful family secrets that made her question her intelligence and her value.
Discovered in a Swedish drugstore as a teen, Anna went on to become an international model sensation. But she ultimately left the world of fashion for spiritual callings that included a stay at the Findhorn community in Scotland and now four books.
Anna shares with us hard won wisdom on:
How to avoid collapsing into your trauma story
How to make a one degree shift to change the trajectory of your whole life
4 Keys to Spiritual and Material wholeness
This is an inspiring conversation on finding wholeness and creating positive change, one degree at a time.
You’ll want to listen to the whole interview because Anna shares an inspiring story of a rescue Dog who shows how you can lure your most wounded parts into the light.

I had a deep and vulnerable conversation with Laura Hartley, Climate activist and Life Coach, about Acceptance as a Pathway to Transformation and Collective Liberation.
Acceptance is not giving up. Giving up implies a sense of resignation and defeat, often leading to inaction or a lack of engagement with the challenges at hand.
In contrast, acceptance is about understanding and acknowledging the reality of a situation while maintaining agency and openness to new possibilities.
We also discuss the long term effects of galvinizing people based on fear and anger ultimately leads to despair and a lack of imagination and joy.
🌟 Here are 3 key takeaways from our conversation:
1️⃣ Remember your story that is not yet complete. The story of the world and our lives is ongoing, offering us the potential to affect change.
2️⃣Enoughness before action: Don’t act from exhaustion. Get to a place of spaciousness and rest and then choose your action.
3️⃣Unlearning and understanding: Every individual in the pursuit of collective liberation has a unique responsibility to engage in unlearning toxic systems, honoring personal boundaries, and choosing the areas where they can make a meaningful impact without burning out.
