TACOFINO has become a major part of Vancouver and British Columbia's food scene. With an original truck in Tofino and new locations in the Greater Vancouver Regional District popping up everywhere, their varied menus and semi-famous fish tacos make Tacofino an interesting case study in our Sizzlin' Summer Series.
