An Out Of This World King

While we are all like psuedo sovereigns, constantly plagued by our desire to control our lives and the people and things in them, Jesus gives it all up and lays it all down for the glory of His father and the good of His people. While we are constantly fighting for our little kingdoms, fighting in our relationships, fighting in our stewardships, and even fighting in our politics, Jesus is dying for His kingdom, dying for us on the cross to welcome us into His family of humility, love, and service.
