Gaurav Arora has a decade of rich experience in the professional services industry as a facilitator, coach and speaker, with a strong track record of building high-performing leadership teams. As a facilitator, he has been recognized for creating stimulating and interactive learning environments, encouraging participation and individual creativity. As an Executive Coach, he works to dismantle barriers which come up in the workplace for leaders and help them in fulfilling their intent. A storyteller by heart, he leverages various methodologies and techniques to put his point across and create the breakthrough. 

Ontology has influenced his work in a big way and he loves designing and delivering long term interventions using visual facilitation, storytelling, and experiential learning activities. Gaurav’s work is aligned with some of his highest values of authenticity, creativity, collaboration, continuous learning and innovation. His areas of developmental focus include: executive coaching, transformational leadership, self-mastery, executive presence, emotional intelligence, personal and interpersonal leadership. Gaurav has over 2,700 hours of coaching experience. He has worked with individuals and organizations primarily in India, and has led workshops in China, Indonesia, Thailand, and Turkey. 

Guarav founded Inspire Coaching Systems in 2009 and started a social development initiative “iOwn” in 2016, which is a platform to connect coaches with the Social Development Sector to create possibilities and transformation for the change makers and bringing coaching to the grass root level. As a thought leader, Gaurav is coaching change-makers across India. These change-makers are very ordinary people who want to create a new society, and Gaurav is facilitating their journey. While coaching, Gaurav learned from them how simplicity opens up new experiences and beginnings and how everyone can contribute and generate change. To name a few - Amar Daniel of Ananda Sagara (ocean of joy) providing an ecosystem for children of migrant construction workers to realize their true potential; Anshu Gupta of Goonj (www.goonj.org), is using urban discard as a tool to alleviate poverty and enhance the dignity of the poor in the world; Robin Chaurasiya of Kranti, empowering girls from Mumbai’s red light areas to become agents of social change; Ravi Kalra of The Earth Saviours Foundation (www.earthsaviours.in), a social activist, only person to step into the picture, and make arrangements for the last rites for a life. 

Gaurav is an Engineer and a Management Graduate in Marketing. He is a recipient of the “Young HR Professional of the Year 2009-10” by Employer Branding Institute and has been awarded as the 100 top Leadership Coach in 2017. Recently, Gaurav has been honored with the 2019 ICF Young Leader Award. Gaurav is a voracious reader and loves adventure sports. In his free time, he does calligraphy, painting, and reads books.
